Dunkin' — Restaurant in Chillicothe

I’m normally not the type to complain at all but this was such an awful experience. I’ve worked fast food and as a barista before, so I understand a rush, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered the first time and the cashier got my order wrong, which was fine no big deal, I asked if there was a way that I could just pay the difference to get my hash brown load because that’s the way I order them, the lady making food just gave me attitude and said “you’re gonna have to ask the person to order with. Does it look like I’m on cash register right now.” At this point, I had already waited 10 minutes for my order the first time. After I order the second time, I waited at least another 10 minutes. There was two employees sitting down on their phone and one employee eating. Three of them are on their phone, And there’s a drive-through line wrapping around the building. I was also very grossed out to that. Nobody was wearing gloves or washing their hands before preparing food or drinks. When I went to Dunkin several months ago the food was amazing and the prices were good. I came in yesterday expecting that same great service but this time my experience was very disappointing. The frappuccino tasted like very strong overbrewed coffee with milk but no syrup added and the consistency was that of an extra thin milkshake. The donut was ok but it certainly was not worth the price. I did not get the sandwich that I ordered. Instead it was one small slice of lightly toasted bread topped with avocado and a few bacon bits but no tomatoes. While the workers were not rude "per se" the overall professionalism was quite lacking. McDonalds, Starbucks, and Tim Hortons has much better coffee drinks and Crispie Creme has much better donuts. In other words DUNKIN WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND I DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE...

Wouldn’t it be nice if the offer from the advertising that is everywhere about getting a 2$ medium ice coffee was true about ours here in Chillicothe but it’s a gimmick because it can only be redeemed through preordering online and they don’t even offer mobile ordering at ours and when I called to ask about it and talked to the GM I was basically told tough luck we don’t offer mobile ordering and the GM of all people had no way to honor it otherwise and I was told it was so they could keep up with their line that is basically non existent now in the evenings but if your going to advertise something everywhere then you...
