Hardee’s — Restaurant in Chillicothe

First off let me start off by saying I was looking forward to coming to Hardee's located in Chillicothe IL. Once I had gotten their I was greeted by cashier Kristin. She sounded like a very nice lady at first so I thought. My friends and I ordered a #2, two fish sandwiches:one with tomato and one with cheese, and a 3pc chicken tender. We approach the window and gave our cash to KRISTIN the cashier. At the time she's still very nice and providing me with good customer service skills. We wait for about 10 minutes for our food which was no problem because we figured our l food would be very fresh which it was. Here's the problem. Once Kristin handed us our food the two fish sandwiches after checking didn't have what we asked to be on them so my friends Jashaun and Desiree handed them back to her. She had a indirect attitude and said she'd fix the sandwiches with no problem. My friend then asked "you guys take the sandwiches back" which caused Kristin to say in response "yes we do take them back" in a stern annoyed voice. At this point I'm annoyed because my food is incorrect and she has the nerve to have an attitude. So she then proceeds to bringing the two sandwiches back to us after claiming that they were brand new sandwiches so I was like okay thank you which I said politely. So my friends Desiree and Jashuan check their sandwiches. What they noticed is that the sandwhiches were squished and they put a fresh piece of cheese and fresh piece of tomato on their which let us know Kristin lied and used the same sandwhiches we handed back to her. As we drive off I noticed that the 3 piece tender was actually a two piece tender so now I'm very annoyed and definitely will NOT be returning back to this...

I came through the drive through around 4:30p.m Saturday. I ordered a a #1 no pickles no cheese a medium unsweetened ice tea my food was hot . Everything seemed fresh i was asked to pull forward but I had my food in less them a minute ms.Martin brought my food out to me and presented it to me in a very friendly and polite manner like she was proud of the food she was handling me . I Asked if I could use the restroom . I was told absolutely. On the way in she held the door for me . Everything looked clean and inviting i do not live nearby but I do come through often. And I will definitely be stopping in again .on my way out the door ma . First of all, these people don’t answer their phone. at all. I had to reach out to their corporate office to have my problem addressed. I went in today after receiving a coupon from Hardee’s Corporate office after they messed my order up the last time and i very specifically stated ONLY KETCHUP AND MAYO. I then went home and when i went to eat my burger i see ketchup, mustard, and mayo. I am very upset that i am going to have to reach out to their corporate office again.
