Subway — Restaurant in Chillicothe

Some of the more professional employees must have left, as I used to get awesome service here but lately not. Today, I tried the drive thru. The woman working the speaker interrupted me several times, and I only had one sandwich to order so it wasn’t a long order but I couldn’t get out more than a few words without an interruption. Then I pull up to the window and there was a KID PLAYING behind the counter around the food!!! I don’t appreciate that at all, it’s very unprofessional and kids are notorious for spewing bodily fluids around everywhere they go. Then it takes several minutes before they even acknowledge me at the window to take my card, I waited about 10 minutes total for my one sandwich and there were no other customers. Several of the employees were making their own salads, and one of them was just playing with the kid. Then the guy working the window shut it on my face as I was asking a question, though he did open it back up. Then I got home to find that my sandwich wasn’t even made right, and again it was a very simple order… I don’t know what’s going on there but it doesn’t seem like a functional business currently. Only gave two stars because of the excellent service I’ve received there in the past from a different group...

One star is 10 to many.... $24.00 for 2 turkey subs that had almost no meats or vegetables on it... tried calling and they don't even answer the phone... my wife's bread was burnt you could smell the burnt to it and on top of that they gave her the bread I wanted minus the burnt and made my sandwich with what she wanted.... another place being taken over and becoming worse instead of better... she got a turkey and mayo that's it and they put about 4 slices of turkey on it and was still $12.00... this place is pathetic... I saw another comment that they skimp on everything, and it is 100% true... do not go there its not worth it... the bread isn't even 12 inches it was about 9-10 at most... ridiculous will never return...

I did an online order a couple of days ago, which I placed around 11:00 a.m. and asked to have it ready at Noon. I went to pick it up at Noon and they told me they were too busy and I needed to get in line and then they could start making it. When it was finally my turn, they didn't have any red onions or black olives and they didn't have any replacements in back. When I went to get my drinks, all of the drinks were flat and there was no soda water in the machine.

From talking to a couple of the other frustrated customers in line, this Subway is notorious for this I guess and now I know to never use this one. It was pretty clear...
