Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in China Grove

I had friends coming over to watch the Braves-Dodgers game. We decided to order pizza. I have always liked Dominos over the others so I went online to see what deals/coupons they had. It was the same old stuff as always. So I wanted 2 - medium 2 topping pizzas (pepperoni & beef) hand tossed crust. Very simple. I thought. Until I went to check out. These were concidered specialty pizzas and were $8.99 each instead of $6.99 w/coupons. A friend came in so I deleted everything out and she put everything in under the $6.99 coupon. Went to check out. Same thing. Specialty pizzas. $8.99 each. This time just beef. By this time everyone was here. We were ready to order from another place when we tried one more time. We placed the order for 2- medium pepperoni-add beef. Hand tossed crust. $6.99 each. So good so far! Check out time.with all extras, tip, yada yada yada…$23.51. All right! Pizza is on its way!!! 25 mins passed, 35 mins passed, 45 mins passed, 53 mins after ordering our two pepperoni & beef pizzas arrive!!! WHAT?!?! NO! We received cheese - a lot of cheese - and either beef or Italian sausage sprinkled in the very center. Seriously! I looked at receipt….$23.51…$8.99 each for 2 specialty pizzas!!! I don’t think I’ll be ordering from dominos again after all this trouble. Then there was 4 pieces taken and not 1 piece was finished!!!! One friend said it tasted like the Wisconsin Cheese specialty pizza with sausage in the middle. I don’t know but it wasn’t edible!!!! It was cold. And it wasn’t what we ordered. That’s it for me!!!! No more...

Last time the process was call upon arrival. No persons allowed inside. I paid online this time to keep from giving my card to a stranger to process as previous visit. Funny, my call was answered with "hold", while you're watching that same person waiting on a guy that just walked inside...while I'm on HOLD!! Checks for his order, processes his charge, gets his order....Oh & finally remembers the line is blinking on HOLD! Yes, I told her she could have finished with my call BEFORE waiting on him! I'm watching from the outside! Yes, I was a few minutes early for my 9 PM pickup...I am waiting outside on my Trike. About ten (10) minutes later, same lady walks by to let me know my order would be iut in two (2) minutes....she leaves. No other orders are picked up.....Finally my order is brought out to me by another lady. Seemed longer than five (5) minutes but my charge receipt is psted @ 9:01... I am outta there!!

Sure wish Domino's would deliver to me....Papa John does but I prefer Domino's with their Rewards Program...TODAY WAS FIRST TIME I READ MY FREE PIZZA(S) WOULD EXPIRE LIKE 9/28/2020....NEVER HAD AN EXPIRATION DATE BEFORE....What gives...

Tried to order and pay online last night. It charged my card twice, called store, spoke to manager. She said place order and click pay in store. I placed my order. Email confirmation said 25-35 minutes. Arrived at location. Waited a hour and 30 minutes (on top of the 25-35 minutes) because they didnt make my order until I arrived and paid for it. I've been using this location for many years and never had this problem. Place was packed with unsatisfied customers. Couple came in, ordered and paid. They received their order before I did. When I finally recieved my order I asked for a receipt, employee said they dont give receipts for cash orders. When I complained about the 2 hour total wait, they said sorry. Never offered a refund, discount or even a free drink for all of the trouble. I will order from Pizza Hut...
