Subway — Restaurant in Chino Hills

This is the closest Subway to me and I appreciate the brand for its cost and quality. With all the new dressings and condiments, I'm very pleased!

Cuts are pretty thin so I usually ask for double meat. It's a little bit extra but so worth it! my go-to sandwich is a footlong with jalapeno cheddar bread, egg white, turkey, ham and bacon toasted with Pepper Jack cheese. I always add Spinach, Red Onion, Jalapenos and Tomato. I top it off with mayo, Chipotle southwest sauce,red wine vinegar, lots of olive oil, and lots of salt and pepper!

My favorite employee is Brenda! She is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. I appreciate that she welcomes you as soon as you walk into the store. She is always presentable and fabulously rocks her infamous red lips! You go girl! I come here quite frequently so she recognizes me and even remembers how I like my condiments and dressing. Now that's excellent customer service!

I am sorry to say that I can't say much about the rest of the staff.I can see that there has been some staff changes as there are new faces.I really hope that they can get behind Brenda's techniques because she really makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.

I am not providing five stars because of the continuous uncleanliness of this store. The bathrooms are horrid and the fountain dispensers, floors, and tables are always dirty. This seems to be no matter what time of day I come in. I can understand during noon when lunch hour hits but during the slower times of the day, it's just unacceptable.

The employee had the door locked upon opening, and took awhile to come and open the door even though I was standing outside.When I went inside his keys were practically in the sandwich he was making, which was quite unsanitary. I even commented on it but he had earbuds in so I had to repeat myself about a dozen times. The cucumbers looked quite old and soggy which was disappointing upon the restuarant just opening. Normally the subways around are very nice and I have met some staff here before. They were nice so this was very disappointing. Worst Subway location ever. Reese has a terrible attitude and the service is horrible. I went in for lunch and had an order for 6 footlong sandwiches. The employee (Reese) simply denied service and refused to make the sandwiches because it was considered a bulk order (or something like that) and I had to request catering service. Can you believe that? She just simply refused. I spent 10 mins trying to figure out why, she just couldn't explain and simply refused to make the sandwiches. This was very bizarre, and the store was not even busy. Seems like Reese was just too lazy to make more than one sandwich. Ridiculous. She needs to be terminated for...
