Alberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Chino

Food is bomb but Make sure to look at sign cus theirs a Copy Cat in different cities like in Pomona on Garey Ave and Bonita I think that's the cross street but it says Angela's same Colors and design as Albertos but food taste like bad and old. So back to this Location it's bomb. Customer service was great they really go up and beyond. Food was to die for. The sopes was so good 👍. Asada burrito was good rolled taquitos were bomb meat inside was soft. Horchata was perfect and that is very important some are too sweet or powder is at bottom Nope this one was Perfect. Female employee who is working today 11/17/2019 @4:59pm is too rude. She would pick up the phone and hang it up on callers and the one time she did answer she said "I'm not taking phone orders right now". It was only me at the counter looking at the menu and I told her "it's ok if you need to take that call cause I'm not ready to order yet". She said "No I don't feel like dealing with phone orders". When she told me that I made the decision to walk out. I phone in orders all the time for co-workers and myself. If this establishment treats paying customers so rude than I choose to...

The cashier wasn't actively listening to b anyone's order. So many people had to repeat multiple times over and over again what they wanted. This made the line extremely long. Then when they got their food it was still wrong lol smh. For me I ordered an asada wet burrito with no guac and add rice. Guess what? Tons of guac on top and no rice. The asada literally was dry and didn't taste like it had any seasoning. It taste as if it were just cut up steak (cheap steak) and tossed in a skillet to over cook.

I'll not be going back at all.
