La Michoacana — Restaurant in Chino

This is the second time that I have been to La Michoacana. The customer service here was great. The female employee who served me was courteous and friendly. I ordered a large Mangonadas and a small Strawberry with crema For my daughter-in-law, Desiree. She enjoyed it. I also enjoyed my mangonades it was delicious and made just right. I like the atmosphere here and will be coming back soon. 6-24-2024 Update: I stopped by for a Mangonadas and I wasn’t disappointed, my server Stephanie made it perfect, she was also courteous and friendly this is the kind of customer service that makes me want to come back again and again and this is the kind of dessert that hits the spot in this hot weather. I come to this location at least once a week. Very convenient for me because it's near my business and I like driving home with a nice treat from here. Everything taste amazing. The girls here and even the guy that looks like the owner are very welcoming but today something was different. Lady at the front (I'm assuming name is Brenda based on receipt) was very rude. Didn't greet us actually just look at us and rolled her eyes. Then I order two raspados and chips with queso. She didn't even make them right and we had to ask for lechera for one. Chips didn't really have any cheese. At the register her attitude was awful nothing compare to the other girls that have helped us in the pass. We all have bad days but shouldn't...

This is my 2nd time here. Love the cleanliness and quality of the food. Customer service is also excellent. Very few Michoacanas with high quality service and food. I'm picky when it comes o food and service but dont mind the prices..I would have to pay more elsewhere for less quality foods. So, I dont mind the prices when I'm getting what I want and like. By the way..I found out today that all ice cream and popsicles are made in house..not only the fresh cut food daily and delicious Mexican treats that I come here for. I can honestly say this place is worth me stopping by when running g errands in the area..I live in the Victorvalley area..and our Michoacanas up here aren't...
