Starbucks — Restaurant in Chino

My dad ordered a strawberry funnel cake frap and they gave him a strawberry cream frap. We went back and asked for the correct order. The cashier who had blonde hair with blue highlights gave us attitude when my dad told her what he ordered. She was persistent in us throwing away the strawberry cream frap and I was going to drink it because it’s wasting food. It’s not our fault they can’t get orders right and it’s not right that they waste food. We can care less about getting a free drink but the fact that she was being extremely persistent especially during COVID and being rude is not okay. She was very persistent and asked if she can have the drink and she threw it away which is very selfish and she gave us more attitude. I'm mute, so I usually use my phone to order through the app. On the rare chances that I don't have a Starbucks gift card, I would order through my notes app and show them words.

I understand how it can be annoying to just be flashed a phone, but the workers (cashiers and baristas alike) are very friendly. You can tell they are pretty close to not only one another, but also with the customers as well. As someone who has stayed at the location for hours or just an hour in-between my shifts, all the workers are very welcoming to everyone and some even know certain customers by name.

Well right now they have limited hours. With their the last two weeks and my Venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino with extra caramel were made perfect. But I order through the app and then I do curbside pickup I live just a few minutes away from there but I've learned to leave the house when I placed my order and then I get it when it was freshly made. But right now they are closing their store like at 2 p.m. in the afternoon. There is a note on the door and I don't know if it is due to training purposes. I just like to go here because it's closer to my house if I have to go to the one on Central and Walnut it's hard to get there in time with pre-ordering so my whip cream...
