Starbucks — Restaurant in Chino

2nd Update: We swore off Starbucks after many bad experiences. But remembered that this location was always great. I don’t know what happened, but this place has really changed for the worse. I no longer see the original girls that were here when it opened. Now we are met with frowny faces and bad attitudes, plus terrible customer service and not great drinks. Hot coffees should not be overflowing, lids should be secure, if you ask for cream and sugar there should be room left in your cup to add it. Simple things…no eye rolling nor attitudes when asking for these things. Doors should be unlocked when the store opens, customers shouldn’t be left outside making eye contact with employees waiting to be let in when you pre-order and then be ignored. Again, this used to be a great location, but employees make your business and right now they aren’t making it great.

Just adding this to the google review: 0 stars across the board!!!! I ordered an oat milk latte because im extremely allergic to dairy, the employee Vanessa was very snappy and smug when taking my order. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there taking my order specifically but with other guests she was nice. While making my drink i seen that she was making it with whole milk instead of oat milk so i brought it up to her attention that I ordered oat milk. She got very upset when she had to remake the drink and gave me sever attitude. She basically tossed the drink in my hands when handing it to me, making me almost dropped it. I peeked in the cup and noticed a small curly hair floating on the top of my ice. I would’ve gone back inside to ask them to remake it but i was extremely in fear for my life because of how the employee Vanessa was acting towards me. It seemed as if she had an ulterior motive. She also smelt a little sour and a little funky and I didn’t want someone with poor hygiene to make my drink again. I came in today with my children, asked for water and she said I can’t have water unless I bought something. My son was sick and needed water, I told her please my son isn’t feeling well. She said no so condescending and rude. So I told her fine let me make an instagram live about my experience. She claimed I was recorded her which I did not, she felt uncomfortable claimed I yelled at her which I didn’t. I didn’t even record her I was recording me. She called the police even yhough I already told her I would order something. I’ve never had a bad experience like this had a Starbucks, except this one, the last time I came in the same girl gave me the same type of attitude, and this is not like Starbucks service. She gaslit me and made me feel like I was being aggressive when I wasn’t. She was the one being aggressive.
