Winchell's — Restaurant in Chino

Feb 1 2021 at 7am I bought a ham and cheese with jalapenos. This lady with attitude i order from to get my ham and cheese with jalapenos i recieved it with no jalapenos or cut in half. So I go back there and I told her that it wasn't cut and it didn't have jalapenos and she got all mad because i told her she didnt cut it and she said they dont cut the sandwiches when other places do. So why do they have her there to give shiity service she literally grabbed another bag to redo my sandwich and opened angrily when its obvious she cant take ORDERS. DON'T COME HERE...

I normally go to the Winchells in Anaheim, CA and get ham and cheese croissants. My normal stores toast them and make them to order they're delicious! The one in Chino has them baked already.... Definitely not the same! It was cold and just thrown together! Next time I'm out here I'll go to the one by my house and not go out of my way to this one.... They should go to the one in Anaheim and try their food it's...

We usually order two dozen, two bagels and six drinks. EVERYTIME we go to this location we are told “Only donuts right now”. We have to drive to another donut shop because they claim they can’t sell bagels. The bagels are there but won’t sell them. I asked them if I can buy the whole bagel and I’ll toast it at home but nope they won’t do that either. After 5 attempts I’m done...
