Javier's Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Chipley

Terrible food. The wings were cold. Took 20 minutes to get are drink orders. Then another 10 to 15 minutes. We waited another 20 minutes to get taken. When we finally got our order taken and then are food, it had been nearly an hour and a half from the time we arrived. My wife's tacos were stone cold and mushy. My food had hair in it. When we tried to complain to the manager, we were told to leave and never come back. I did not even mention that the food we got was completely wrong. My wife did not even order tacos, and I did not order taco salad. I ordered a chimichanga. We decided not to say anything and just eat what was brought to us so as not to complain. It wasn't until we found the hair that we asked to speak to the management. If the restaurant was full and the staff was small, I would understand, but I counted 6 waitresses. An at least 3 cooks walking in and out of the back in aprons. There were no more than 10 families. I watched 4 families arrive, wait, and then leave after not even getting their drink orders taken. This establishment had an employee who decided it was ok to spit in a black guys drink why we have no clue but we would love to have answers because this is horrible and i do not recommend anybody to eat at this establishment they have blocked me on Facebook which is ok but I will let everyone know the messed up mentality of the workers at this establishment and for all of you saying you enjoy the food enjoy it while it last because we will be taking legal steps after this incident today this is very unprofessional and to a point sad that people think it’s ok to do something so derogatory as this action and expect someone to overlook this issue do better Javier’s and Washington county because I’m from the area and 25 years ago you all wouldn’t of even approved of a Mexican establishment and it’s sad that a black paying customer had to go through this incident today but the health department has been notified and we are going to handle this very civil and make sure whoever done this will never be allowed to work for food services ever again I don’t recommend this establishment to anyone because actions like this one is trash and have no integrity or...

We just finished eating here at table 15. This was around 1:30. I told the waiter when he asked if we needed to-go boxes that we didn't and we'd be ordering dessert. He came back soon after with the check. I said again that we'd probably be getting a dessert and that we weren't ready for the check. He proceeded to leave the check there and never brought us a menu with desserts. Then shortly after that, he came back to take an emptied plate and just stood there holding it, so I said we're good for now but again that we'd probably be ordering more food. He just stared at me. Pointed at the check and stood there waiting. My husband had to stop eating his meal to pull the card out and pay. We didn't get desserts and he was very pushy and rude the entire visit.
