Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chipley

Normally I don’t do reviews sad to say this time I will be, I sat in drive-through waiting for anybody to answer me for 10 minutes I circled around the building to get someone’s attention they were all sitting in the lobby the man that was behind me was then in front of me still no one took orders he goes up to the window honked his horn get someone’s attention they take his order give him his food when I get to the window to make my order after another 10 minutes of waiting I get told that their systems are down and they’re not taking orders but yet the man in front of me got to make his order and receive his food this is unacceptable I would complain but the manager was there the gentleman in front of me told them there were several people behind him in line still no one was served this is at 9:30 PM they could’ve put a sign out come over the COM anything to let somebody know they did Not there is no reason I should be sitting in a line for 20 minutes and not even get a wait a minute sorry we can’t take orders nothing in a small town where everything closes at 10 except Taco Bell this is unacceptable gas is not cheap nor is it free for me to just be sitting in a line not being told anything even if the systems are down the headsets still work or a note could’ve been put on the drive-through talk box informing everybody that their systems are down and they can’t take orders which again makes no sense if the man in front of me got his food that he ordered...

We went to Taco Bell tonight in the drive thru they handed my $60 order off to the car in front of me. When we pulled up they had to remake it but Noone told us at the windows only shut the windows in my face. Then I pulled around since noone wanted to tell me anything I walked in with my wife there were children and parents inside where the manager decided to curse at the young girl asking her to come help because they were short staffed and the young girl cursed back I wad already irritated because my order had to be remade well then the manager raised her voice in front of about 4 kids while cursing so I stepped in told them they were both in the wrong and if I couldn't be mad and cursing them out over not telling me what was going on with my kids dinner then they shouldn't be either then the young girl quit and the manager finally after doing minimal work decided to help she refused to speak with me and had another employee lock the doors. This same manager has messed up my food the last 4 times we went in there and has spoken out of pocket to my wife and I when ordering any time bc we have an onion allergy we have to order with a person and that's to much for thi manager. I am beyond in utter shock that Taco Bell allows people like this keep their job let alone be a manager this is no longer customer service and she probably shouldn't talk to the employee like they're morons. We won't be returning but I will be calling corporate...

Let me say first off that the staff and food preparation are great! That said, the reason for my rating is related to their drive-thru order accuracy. Out of the last 3 times we have used their drive-thtu, our order was incorrect twice. Our first time they gave us someome else's order and we didn't realize it until we got home 15 minutes later. We reached out to them and their manager went out of his way to make up for the mistake. We felt at that point it was a one time thing... Our next visit was to pick up our replacement order (which was several weeks later because we aren't in town very often) and everything was as it should be. Last night, we made our third visit and while we didn't get someone elses order, we were missing food items from our order. We realized the mistake as we were exiting the drive-thru and I was verifying the order. So, we got back in the drive-thru (which had several people in line beacuuse they were pretty busy), let them know what happened, and they provided the missing items. So, we are not giving up on them just yet, BUT BE WARNED: Check your order before you leave and make sure it is accurate! Going back through the line is pretty time consuming, and if you are jumping off the interstate and back on you don't want to find out miles...
