Fantastic burgers, amazing fries, and truly exceptional service!

This little burger spot inside the food hall is an absolute gem. The burgers are perfectly juicy and flavorful, and the fries are everything you want them to be- crispy on the outside, soft and potato-y inside. It’s the kind of simple, done-right food that reminds you how good a great burger and fries can be.

What really makes this place shine, though, is the service. The team at the Chippewa Falls location went above and beyond for me. I accidentally placed an online order through the Eau Claire location (learn from my mistake!), but the staff here were so patient and kind about it. They handled everything with such understanding and good humor- I can't thank the team enough!

Pro tip: If you’re ordering from the Chippewa Falls spot, call ahead instead of ordering online- online orders go to Eau Claire.

I received a gift card for my birthday, so was excited to check it out. There were only a couple of people in the restaurant, so I felt we could have had a little more attention from the server. I got up to get my own ketchup, salt and cutlery. The burgers were good, a bit greasy, but to be expected from a smash burger. My fries were overdone so did not eat most of them. The valley sauce and dill ranch were both good. As a burger joint, I was surprised to have an $85 bill for two people; I understand from previous comments that you are using better ingredients. Overall it was fine, but my boyfriend and I both agreed it wouldn't be a place we would revisit. I do wish them well; I think the overall Atmosphere of the building is something new...

Tried to find a place for Father's Day. The first place we went to had an hour wait. We noticed that Valley Burger had a location in Chippewa Falls so we decided to go there.

Great decision. Our burgers were fantastic. We've eaten a lot of burgers in the Midwest but these were easily in the top five of all time. French fries were awesome.

The staff was really busy. We had to wait for our appetizer so they didn't charge us.

They also gave us a free round of drinks. That's great customer service. Going above and beyond what they needed to do.

We'll definitely be back. Fantastic food. Incredible...
