Bonanno's New York Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Chippewa Township

This was my first visit since the food district was opened. I may miss the buffet but the choices are plenty. Went on this past Sunday. We got there shortly before they closed. I got a deal of a lifetime. Try the pizza at Bonnano's. The staff are awesome! I always have pepperoni. It was nearly closing time. Choices were few that was no problem as in the picture. I got an awesome deal. Regular price would have been well worth it. I have a few suggestions I want to give them on the garlic knots. The concept is good but make a few changes and you won't be able to keep them in stock. I'm Italian. I worked at an Italian guys pizza place in Allentown, PA. The service was/is awesome. There was also a woman doing a lot of cleaning. She was very helpful to get bags, containers and took care if it all. Helping everyone It's hard to find decent service. Seen the new Bonnannos in the Soaring eagle casino. Decided to take a trip and try it. Sounds delicious right? Well diddnt try any because got there around dinner time, and all they had were 3 half dried out pizzas in their display. And i mean they even looked old. In general they looked flat and not much to them even if they were fresh. People were coming to the counter and leaving, some waiting, because they were working on new ones. Diddnt seem ready or organized that day anyway. Went to the deli inside of Soaring eagle instead where their pizza was a generous slice and VERY good. So maybe next time will try Bonnannos just to try it and see but they dont look like a good full piece of pizza. Will update if i do...

Service was god awful. Not only were half of the employees not wearing gloves they didn't know what was going on. People in line order food and the people at register kept taking pizza slices in queue and taking it back to the order area and messing up orders and handing off wrong orders to people because of this because they shout orders to each other rather than having a standard ordering system. They were cupping marinara sauce by hand with the cup with no gloves (unsanitary). After all that and the high price they had the audacity at the register to ask for a tip. I of...
