Update: 07-10-2019 I tried ordering via the app with curb side pickup to see if that would speed things up a bit. I selected the option where they bring it out to your car and entered the correct stall number. We waited in our spot for fifteen minutes before I finally went inside to get the food myself. Don't order with the app at this location. They don't seem to add your order to the queue of orders, instead they seem to prioritize the drive-thru and then get to your order when they have time.
Order accuracy is not a strong point for this location. If I order something and they ask if I'd like BBQ sauce with it, and I say yes, I kind of expect to have BBQ sauce. However, I only get the BBQ sauce when I ask for extra at the pickup window. Happens with every visit. Makes me think it's intentional. A couple of times the happy meals were missing the toys (kind of the point of the happy meal), and one time a happy meal was missing it's chicken nuggets. A chicken nugget happy meal missing it's nuggets. Thankfully they've screwed up enough times that I know better than to leave without checking the order first. I've been in the "reserved" spot because they had to make some more food which I'm fine with, but sometimes the employee carrying the food out stops to chat with their friends who are outside, with my food in hand.
I did complain once when the meals were missing toys. The manager sent me two happy meal gift cards and of course, they screwed those orders up too...
Read moreI eat at this McDonald's an embarrassing amount of times per week that most of the workers know me on a first name basis. It's convenient because I work within walking distance, and because I'm obsessed with their chicken nuggets (which for a 10 piece is literally $2 when using the McDonald's app), and I have never once had a poor experience. My food is always fresh, I'm always met with positive energy and a smile, and the coworkers genuinely seem like they enjoy each other's company which makes for a positive atmosphere for customers. There have been a couple times where I blankly ordered the incorrect item, and they were even kind enough to remake the item the way I meant to order it at no extra charge and without treating me as an inconvenience.
Reading some of these negative reviews, I can only imagine the ones about the employees being rude were first treated rudely by an angry customer and matched their energy and attitude. Service workers rank pretty high in the abuse they have to endure from the public. They are human beings who have limits, and sometimes they break just like everyone else. Show them some grace. If they screw something up, don't go right to angry. Take a moment to remember they are human just like you, and just like you and I, they make mistakes. They are not intentional. Be kind and give them the opportunity to fix their mistake.

Read moreLet me preface this by saying, the morning staff are quick, accurate. That being said, lately the evening rush crew is the worst I have ever experienced. They almost always have your order wrong. If you’re not paying attention, they will constantly up sell you to cheese without you asking for it. When asked to pull into one of the “waiting” spaces, for fries to get done, it takes 10 minutes on one occasion and 15 minutes on another, for someone to bring your food out. Even though you can see customers eating fries as they drive away. I mostly go inside, but if I have my young children with, it is more convenient to use the drive through. Maybe my calm demeanor is not getting the point across to the staff and managers. I have asked for the franchise owner to call me, but as of yet, I have not received a call. I think they should hire an adult as supervisor in the evening.
Update: (From 1 star to 3... Almost 4) I don't know what happened, but we stopped going to this location for quite a while. Kids talked me into stopping a while back and I was pleasantly surprised. We have been back on a few occasions and although I still check everything before i leave, the change has been pleasant. They are getting the food correct and even suggesting better ways of ordering so that we don't get charged for things we "leave-off" of my sons burger....
