McDonald's — Restaurant in Christiansburg

Was treated very poorly. Brought my friend here so we could have dinner before she went to work at her second job. The person that took our order was hateful and rude. Then when we went to pay for our food they took her payment. Gave her her food and then told us to pull up to wait on my order. When I tried to correct them and let them know I needed to pay for my order they got hateful with me so I just pulled forward. Kind of made me feel like my money wasn't worth taking. After waiting for 10 minutes a guy comes out with my food in the rain to give me my food. Then he proceeds to tell me my payment didn't go through. I proceed to tell him that they did not take my payment. I was going to pay in cash but they shushed Me and had me pull up. He got hateful with me which was understandable. It was raining. I was wet from waiting on these people. But I wasn't being hateful. I gave him my money and told him to please bring me the change back. While I was waiting. I looked and inside my bag and they forgot to give me any ketchup. So I went inside to get some ketchup. He basically threw my money at me and threw a bunch of ketchup in my hand. After I went outside to get back in my car I noticed I didn't get a straw or napkins. When I tried to go back into the store they had locked the doors. I got back into my car by this time I was soaking wet. My car door was soaking wet and my windows were fogged. I could not see to go anywhere. So I proceeded to put my money up and wait for my windows to unfog. While I'm putting my money up, the car behind me is beeping their horn. And one of the workers comes outside of McDonald's. Telling me to move my car. I was still putting my money up. My windows were fogged and I couldn't see where I was going. They proceeded to get hateful. I pulled up and pulled to the front of the store out of the way. Put my flashers on so people knew I was setting. Since I had to wait on my windows, I decided to eat my food. After my windows cleared. I pulled over into a parking spot to finish eating. By the time I was done and was ready to pull off, I had found out that the McDonald's crew had called the cops on me. They said I was being unruly. I was not. The cops even viewed the footage and when I called to tell them what had happened. They told me I needed to take it up with McDonald's. I don't see how I could take it up with that store. The manager and the whole store was in on it. I do not know what crawled up their butts that night. But they have no excuse for treating anybody the way they treated me. I will not be returning to this McDonald's and I don't know if I will ever eat at another McDonald's again. It has been 4 hours since this happened. And I am still hurt by the way they treated me. And it wasn't just the grout she person on the speaker. It was the manager at the window. It was the employee that came out side. It was the whole crew that was mean and hateful. If you need some fast food and you're near this McDonald's. Go to anywhere else. There's a Wendy's near there. There's a shell across the street which has really good food. I think there's a couple other fast food restaurants around there. There's even a Long John silver's down the road. Please save yourself some trouble and avoid this restaurant. I had an extremely bad experience and do not wish anyone else to have this bad experience. I hope this helps someone....

Stop by after work and the service here is NOT welcoming, order a chicken sandwich fries and cold coffee and when I got my order the fries were not fresh taste rubbery old, ask the man that was servicing the customers and ask him if I could get fresh fries grab my bag all serious not saying a word, he was attending other drive thru orders giving then fresh fries that he had just taking out fresh and May me wait! Finally I get my fresh fries and again gives me the fries and walks away maybe he can’t talk I’m thinking 🤦🏻‍♀️, when I get back to my table and open my chicken sandwich the bread had a piece of the bread missing looked like a bite from maybe a mouse or something, now a pissed and I go to the register and ask the man that gave me the food and ask to talk to the manager Ariana and he says “ Ariana this girl want to talk to you” and I quickly corrected him and said “ this customer “! I explained to her first my fries are cold and old and the I find that the bread has a piece missing is this how you service your customers, and she says “maybe a piece fell off” I said it doesn’t matter I don’t know that the first impression is a bite of something! She just looked at me and I said I’m putting this on your review. Again nothing said no I’m sorry, no will return your money, no will get you something else, NOTHING!!! The tables are dirty. Our family stopped for dinner and when we placed the order my girlfriend asked for her food fresh. The "Manager" got an attitude and told one of the cooks he guessed he had to turn the grill back on to be able to make her McRib fresh. First off this store does not close until 12am, we were there at 8:30pm... Does this mean they keep the food for 3-4 hours? What do they tell people when they run out of food? My girlfriend asked the cashier who also had an attitude what the managers name was since he was not wearing a name tag and she stopped like she had to think about it and told her his name was Melvin. She had on a blank name tag so I have no idea what her name was. Well as I went to get my drink he stopped me and asked why my girlfriend was asking his name, then also hesitated and said his name was Melvin but as I walked around the corner the cashier started laughing and said "oh Melvin, that was so funny". The place was nasty. There was trash overflowing at the drink bar, the straws were empty (except the bag of straws that were left on the bar), the lids were still in the bag on the bar, the french frys were cold and filled with grease after asking for fresh ones and there was no ketchup in the dispenser. Needless to say I am extremely dissatisfied with this place and will not be returning and will be making a call to the corporate office since they were so rude and...
