This is no ordinary basic brunch The chef and owner is amazing. He introduced to me what they offer and I fell in love with everything I tried. The drinks too! the waitress is the greatest. I had small talk with her too...she makes amazing drinks.

While everything I ate here was damn good the pulpo asado and fan de elote is my all time favorite. I honestly didn't want to share it. The greediness kicked in.

Make sure to drink up!

What I ate: Pulpo Asado | Morita glazed octopus over arugula, frisee, piquillo and squid ink aioli with a side of pee wee potatoes I have an obsession of octopus lately so I was happy to be eating this. They did not disappoint. There's a long process to make this and it's not chewy at all!

Chilaquiles | with half red and green sauce: de Chili Morita & Salsa Verde, beansz potatoes, eggs and avocado I love both green and red sauce. So I love that they have the option for both

Flan De Elote This has to be the best Elote ever! I never ever felt the greediness in me not to share this and deep down I am like... Mine mine mine ALLLLLL mine

TACOS | * de Pulpo * de Pato Al Pastor * de Camaron * Of course the de Pulpo is my favorite. I didn't try the shrimp because I am trying to cut down what gives me allergies but my plus...

Came here with my friend and Nobody greeted or attended to us. The chubby waitress said just to sit anywhere. No friendly waiters no friendly staff. The waitress didn't even say hi when she came to our table after i said 'hello' Looks like she had some kind of bad attitude. I got the shrimp pasta It had a lot of sauce but It was Bland with Barely any flavor and just Maybe like six pieces of grilled shrimp on top that's it. Do not recommend. The owner came to tend to us, I asked him if hes the owner just being friendly And he said with a straight face why? Sort of like why are you asking attitude. I thought that's pretty rude usually owners are friendly And accommodating. We were here for the weekend and I noticed it's not as busy as how it used to be. Bottom line poor service not really good food and unfriendly snobby people. Not sure how long this restaurant will last hopefully they put something Better up with decent food and Service at least. People Pay extra to eat out and have good service...

I passed up this place all the time because I thought it was only a seafood place. However, when we finally went; turns out it's an awesome , casual baja cuisine with tacos that are just a lil fancy. There are a few fish/ shrimp dishes too. The fried cauliflower is amazing! My friends love the Tuna tar-tar and shishito peppers. All the tacos are simple, fresh and delicious. The Burria torta is my fave!! They put chilaquiles and Burria in a torta.. SO GOOD. The flan is super good for dessert. I would recommend the churros, but the last few times I have been there they haven't been consistent. BUT- If you catch them on a good night, they are the perfect mix of crunchy and soft. If you like wine, you can't go wrong with any wine you choose. Almost all of the beer is from Baja and all the wine is too. If you can, get the sangria. It's carbonated and it's tasty! Not too sweet. The staff is super nice...

What a surprise, we had just returned from a trip south of the border and found this great place. El Cruce +241 has a wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed the beautiful weather at a table near the patio area but still indoors. The staff was very attentive and recommended the fried cauliflower. We were hesitant at first but decided to try something new. Little did we know it would turn into everyone's favorite. We had fish tacos and quesabirria, they were definitely not your everyday taco truck dishes. The chef added their own amazing flavors and the selection of beers from baja were delicious. We'll definitely return to try their baja wine selection. Whether you want a sit down meal, beer or wine tasting I can assure you everyone will find something they love. They had signs advertising the grand opening of their downstairs. We can't to come back and try out more items from their menu.

Great food and selection of beer. All of the food is locally sourced and fresh, the servers were very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. I felt extremely welcomed by all the staff and will definitely be back. They have lots of local beers with a menu showing the ABV and IBU and where the beers are brewed. I got the fried cauliflower which came with jalapenos and cilantro and two dipping sauces and the esquite which was delicious. The beer was served in a proper beer glass. I think I found my favorite local spot.
