Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Chula Vista

This Carl's Jr is the worst location in Chula Vista. I rather drive to the Olympic parkway Carl's Jr even if it's a farther drive. Tonight I ordered 4 combos and when they asked me at the speaker box if I wanted sauces I said just ranch please. The guy said okay. And when I pulled up to the window to pay I asked for enough ranch for all my combos and the girl said they don't have ranch. Like what? The guy at the speaker box did not tell me they did not have ranch when I asked for it. Then she offered barbecue, buffalo, and some other sauce instead. I said all 3 and she said She can only give me 2. I said that's fine I'l take barbecue, buffalo and ketchup please. She then said of course! They didn't have my food ready so they had me park to the side. Once I got my food I checked it and it seemed like all the food was there. I get home and they didn't even give us the barbecue, ketchup or buffalo sauce we asked for! And they barely gave me fries 😠And turns out they did have ranch! They put 2 cups of ranch in my box that I ordered. I just don't understand why they lied that they didn't have ranch when they did. Bad customer service in general. They clearly don't pay attention. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. The other time the girl at the register was rude when receiving my payment and giving me my food. Like seriously what is their problem? I just want to get what...

This has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my life. As this is our local Carl's Jr we have tried to give it a chance time and time again for the past 2 years.

9 times out of 10 the wait will be 15 mins to get your order through drive through, even if there is only one car in front of you, also you have 50% chance your order will be right.

Tonight was the last straw, I decided to go in the restaurant to potential get a better expenience. Boy was I wrong. To start the manager ignored me for a few minutes (no one else was in the restaurant at all). He then advised he would be with me shortly. When I was finally served I was over charged. 10 mins later I was given my food by the manager who I watched packed it. I had to request my drinks which he forgot. I then got home to find he had also no packed the French fries for any of the meals. Something is seriously wrong with the way they do things in this Carl's Jr and it need...

I have mobility issues and I had a hard time getting in and out of the restaurant none of the employees helped I ordered a California classic double and it looked like a quarter of the size of one at the lemon Grove less than a week ago and they tried to charge me like $0.30 for a single size of lettuce and $0.30 for a single slice of tomato which is a total rip off and then I tried to charge me for extra pickles and extra mail as well $0.30 each The burger looks like it belonged on a dollar menu not on a $10 meal The employee barely spoke any English I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody other than the atmosphere being clean I wrote a reported it to help inspectors but I'm definitely going to probably report it to the better...
