Habit Burger would rate much higher if not for the poor quality of service and obvious entitlement. I have reached the end of my patience.
In this last case, the order was wrong. They charged me for six drinks. I asked it be adjusted but they refused. The gentleman in the picture kept insisting that I placed the order (thus not his responsibility). If he put as much effort into correcting the problem as he did arguing with me then there would be no issue.
The lady working the counter walked away. I was told to call an 800 number. Except if I leave with the food and without a correction of the bill then we all know how that goes.
While I was discussing it with the man in the picture, I reviewed the burgers. Of course they were not marked. This place will insist you leave a tip - including at the drive thru. But they don't bother to mark which burger is which, resulting in your having to touch everyone's food to determine which belongs to who. You know...provide actual service for the tip they demand. This has been an ongoing issue for some time. I generally avoid. Today was the last straw. I left, without my food. I just don't care for the attitude. Read moreHeard about this place and ventured in (on 8-29 at about 4PM) to see the hype. Walked in, four people behind the counter no one looking in our direction, no one in line. None of the employees acknowledged us coming in after some turned around and saw us. We took 2-3 steps inside and noticed a bunch of (probable) high school students loitering (no food or drinks on their table) and every empty table had trash on it, on the chairs, and pretty much every place you could walk around.
I owned a food place and my motto was "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean" It's apparent there was no leadership around or they simply did care. I can only imagine if the front of the business is this dirty, God only knows how disgusting the back side of the business is 🤢. Read moreI DO NOT recommend mobile ordering. I tried both for delivery and pick up. On the delivery received an error massage card got charged and door dash driver was notified. Saw that the charge was credited so tried calling the restaurant to see if order had gone thru but there is not direct calling the restaurant instead a centralized number. Asked to get transferred to the restaurant and they couldn't. I was recommend to contact the door dash driver. Which I did order did not go thru and he was there waiting because they had initially told him it would be out soon then after I called him they told him he verified again and they told him it wasn't showing up. Waste of his time and mine. Gave it another chance and did pick up. Order was done wrong only to find out once we got home. I don't know how their in restaurant service is but I definitely do not recommend mobile ordering. The annoying part is that I tipped to ensure my order wouldn't be screwed up....
