I have no idea what happened to this place? Once upon a time I would have recommended taking your business to this Starbucks location. However, after my HORRIBLE experience this morning, I strongly encourage staying far, far away.
It's not likely entirely the fault of the baristas and other workers at the counter, but the manager(s) are also almost certainly responsible for a large share of the SHARP DECLINE in the quality of service received. I see too few baristas and too much time spent with one more seasoned worker showing trainees how to perform their job, while long lines of patrons await service.
In my specific case, I ordered a couple of carry-out Travelers the day before I went in to pick them up. However, they were NOT ready, and it took 20 minutes to get them. What's the point of placing an order to have them ready at a specific time, when they don't have them ready? It's not as if they didn't have my order in front of them. I saw it written in their daily log in dark black Sharpie ink. No one had the wherewithal to fill the order. It's as simple as that. They're simply too busy to be mindful of such matters.
I won't be back to this location again. They don't deserve my business, and I have no idea why anyone would wait in such long lines for such poor service. You're better off driving through McDonald's!

It's clear the management of this Starbucks is not concerned with customer service and satisfaction and only cares about driving their workers waaaaay too hard. The person at the counter took my order pretty quickly and it was served at a very timely manner. They were very good at taking my order and the flavor like every Starbucks is good flavor coffee and good flavor food. We have come before to this place before they remodeled it, service has always been good. Yet We noticed was that as they remodeled it got bigger and better. I am able to see a lot of students I come to study with their laptops it's really nice to see how the young come to take the time to study and have friends. I like the environment I like the way they did it as a remodeled it and created a very nice young environment. I could see my kids coming over here and hang out with their friends. Another thing I found out is that they have a two bathrooms on the back left side and they are handicap accessible. As well as the parking lot is handicap accessible. They have a place to plug your electronics (thing that other Starbucks don't have). My wife and I really like it and we're coming back. Service was always with a smile.
