I went with some friends of mine and I ordered the number 18 and the young cashier asked me if I wanted it regular and I answered yes, right before I’m about to pay I tell her “excuse me, can I make my meal a large instead?” She replied “yes” and charged me a large soda. She never gave me a receipt, and when she brought my order it came with small frys. I return to the counter and ask her if the large meals normally come with small fries and apparently she thought that by “large meal” I meant only a large soda. I then had to buy an order of large fries separately and again no recipt. I waited for about 10 minutes and my large fries never came to my table, I go to the counter to ask for my large fries and the manager goes to the console and sees that my order of fries was skipped. I explain what happened and asked for my recipt of my combo which I never received and told her that I had to order a large order of fries because the cashier thought that by “large meal” I meant only a large drink. She shows me that I was chargerd a small fries and was given small fries, I explained that I said large meal but in the end the manager basically said that the entire situation was my fault. One of my other friends had a “buy one super star, get one free” coupon and his order was taken by the same girl who took mine, he ordered a super star with cheese, a large fries and large drink. He gave his coupon to the girl and asks for the second super star and obviously was expecting it free. The cashier took the coupon and ripped it(I guess it’s protocol to rip a coupon after it is used) but never added it to his order and charged him for a whole new burger which made his total come out at a whopping $18.50, confused he paid it and left to our table. After explaining to us what happened I told him to grab his recipt and show them the error, and what a shocker the girl never gave him his recipt either. He went to the manager as well and luckily they did end up returning him his money for the extra burger they charged him. We have been to this Carl’s Jr. many times before but have never had mistakes like this before. Read moreEditing and lowering their rating. Today I had them for dinner and had the guacamole Thick Burger. I specifically asked if there is onions in the guacamole , i was told no... Very wrong. So I did ask for no onions, what do I find, onions in the guacamole, chopped into it. And also full raw circles of onion... Not even the right onions.. in a six dollar Burger the correct onions is red onions ...

Personally, I think its one of the more expensive fast food burger place, this is not a bad thing necessarily. They do make nice tasting flame grill tasting burger . Did I mention the zucchinis?. Also got a few Double Western Bacon cheese burgers. They where great!!... My family had the BBQ ones I had what was called $6 burger before, now they call it a thick burger I got the 1/3 pund. I also dropped it when I got home... Lost most of my lettuce and my tomatoes... Not the places fault of course.. good...

I paid and was given my receipt (at the same time the customer service rep closed the drive thru window) after noticing that I was charged for a steak and egg burrito, I attempted to get her attention to correct my order but the windows were shut. She gave me my food and I told her I ordered bacon eggs and cheese and not steak and egg burrito. I gave the food back and parked infront, she came back with the food but without my change. Charged me 5.99 for steak burrito and told me price difference was only 50 cents difference. The correct business principle would to have given me my change without me even asking. I'll freely let Carl's Jr. steal $1.25 (difference between bacon and steak) to let other customers know how Carl jrs operate. I left without my change because she had a bad attitude. ...
