Most every time I come to this store in the morning, there is a mountain of garbage in the trash can located next to the front door.
It's disgusting and most likely a health violation. I have asked the on-duty employees inside of this Starbucks location to please fix the sickening matter. Their response to me is that it's the yogurt shop [next door] responsibility to clean up that mess.
Also, the morning shift employees can be a whole lot better with regards to customer service. Yesterday, when I ordered my half-caf coffee, they had yet to brew any decaf so I had to wait for the decaf to be brewed.
Usually, at other Starbucks locations, I am offer a free cup for the inconvenience, but never here.
This store needs to be inspected by a regional manager to get these employees to understand that we do not have to shop at this location if we choose to spend our money...

These two baristas in particular have been giving me my drink half full. I’m pretty sure they know exactly what they’re doing too because every time I come in to pick up my mobile order the one gives me weird eye contact like he’s waiting for me to say something and today the girl gave me my order with a snarky smile on her face. Really unimpressed since I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks before, or any other Starbucks for that matter. I place my order, pick it up, and leave. Read moreI waited in line for three people, when it was my turn to pay, I gave $50.00 bill to cashier, he didn’t accept it and told me , sorry we don’t have change for $50.00 which I understood and went back to my car to pick up my card. Then came to line and waited for 4 people again. When It was my turn again, I said him, if you doesn’t accept bills greater than $20.00 then put a sticker here all customers have information. He replied : “ Yes, we don’t accept bills greater than $20.00”. Ordered Caramel Crunch Ribbon Frappucino. Didn’t added Crunch on it.
