Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Chula Vista

I love the prices and the food is outstanding. But the service at the drive through is really supper bad. The wait is waaaay to looooong and you really have to check your items. IE: I asked for regular recipe and they gave me extra crispy. When I asked is it regular chicken they said yes. When I checked it was crispy...I hate crispy. And the staff guest staff are really not friendly. I don't think that's their intention but they need to make an effort to acknowledge the guest and smile more they look way too stressed out the only one that looks calm and relaxed is the one in the back who's actually preparing the chicken to be fried so I guess he's the prep. I have seen people including myself at times leave they're queuing line because you grow old sitting there. And it's not because they're feeling a huge large order it's just they're unorganized and not quick enough even to take an order just at the menu display I waited for like 10 minutes just for somebody to get on the box and say could you please wait for 1 minute that one minute turned into 8 more minutes by then I just left and the line was outrageous and that was the drive-thru line, if they just learn to balance the window and the drive thru I think the service would be...

Today July 12, 2020 we Orded our food at exactly 8:58 pm. $128.00 of food to be exact. They Asked us to park on the side it should have been about 7 mins. About 15 mins in i started to worry. It took them 40 mins to get our order after multiple cars had received their food. We received our food and double checked it and we had not received our 3 orders of 6 biscuits. We went to notify them and they said it would an additional 7mins. I said ok ill wait then proceed to take 15 min. By that time our food was cold I asked for a full refund because our food was cold and took about an hour if we would have take the food. The younger girl who name i did not get was very nice and sorry about rhe situation the older woman I believe her name was elena was very rude and stiff if you know what I mean. She had no expression and was not happy to help us or was even sorry. The place was dirty and gross. There was flour and butter all over the floor one gentleman's mask was not even on. I came to this churches chicken because it said on Google it was open until 10pm. I came at 8:45pm and right when I pulled to the drive thru , the lights turned off, and no one answered but there was two male employees walking around with headphones in their ears and wiping down all the appliances , now I'm all for cleaning up in a timely matter , but I was early to where I can get food and be out their way to clean up for the night . If your establishment was going to be closing early , then I believe it should be posted on Google , not have someone drive up and they shut the whole place down while in the drive way, let alone thinking it's open until 10pm. I even pulled to the window to order thinking someone would help me , thinking something was wrong with the speaker to order. No come to find out they had just shut the place down early, and ignored me while I'm trying to get service. Wouldnt recommend anyone to come here on a late dinner option , you won't get serviced even though they close at 10pm. And you show up at a decent time to order yourself or...
