Tocumbo Ice Cream CV — Restaurant in Chula Vista

It's better to go to Baskin Robbins than this stool place, any little kid can out smart them, heck w little kid can even do a better job than them, I got strawberry with cream and they did it without gloves so i don't know if they did wash their hands or not and literally all of the strawberry was down the cup and the spoon was small as hell you couldn't even reach the bottom, we had to go home and get a bigger spoon and either way that thing was hella bad you could make it yourself and it'll be a lot more better. The ice cream?? Don't get me started, they had other type of ice cream there mixed with another, like, at least have the decency to take it out. Now the service, the service was really bad they had faces of them having a bad day and they didn't even understand what we were saying even if we were saying it in Spanish they didn't understood nothing like I being dumb come separate, but these girls really had it in them, it's like they really didn't understood Spanish and were retarded. I have been coming to this Icecream since it opened and this is the first time I have ever left a review for them. The girl working the counter tonight was very rude to my daughter and not only that but my daughter ordered some Tostilocos without the pig rhines and she took an already made tostilocos and started to remove the pig from it. My daughter noticed and told her no, no pig rhines! She then told my daughter that they all come premade like that and like I said we have been going to this ice cream shop for years. So disappointed...

I visited on April 30 2025 at 2:30 PM and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff member who assisted me appeared to be in a bad mood, which affected the quality of service.
