First time going in to order for take-out. They didnt greet right away, but I've noticed that with every food take-out place I've been to since Covid, all the workers are busy and don't greet instantly. The employees I'm sure are busy making app orders or phone orders, and it's just different these days, so I get it. I usually look at the menu for a min too, so it's all good with me. The girl was nice, she took my order and thanked me. I went outside to wait, it took about 10 min. I ordered tostilocos and a veggie torta. The girl told me it was ready when I went back inside, and said she didnt want to put the torta in the same bag with the tostilocos since it was warm. Went here today to get 3 tortas. Got 1 with chipotle sauce and when I asked for it she asked if I wanted it on my sandwich or on the side..I said on. Got out to my car and opened my sandwich and it was missing the chipotle sauce. Went Inside to ask for some and she said "its extra" so I told her I order it on and it's not there, so she walked to the back to make sure she forgot before giving me it as a side.... I won't be back. It's all about good customer service and she should have went to ask once I left. Not right in front of me.....also, my boyfriend asked for cheese on his adobada torta and she said its already really grease and it would he ok without it.....just horrible...
