This coffeehouse is legit. I entered there as well as tested every one of the various strengths of the coffee and every among them were great. The lady behind the counter, sorry I forgot her name yet if I see it I'll update this, she was super wonderful as well as individual. I actually like that a person on one experience as with anything excellent it takes some time as well as this was well worth the wait. She used me a seat while she showed me the components that were made for my big iced Hawaiian salty caramel coffee. Absolutely the very best selection I might have created the day.The tastes of the coffee from the least toughest to the most solid are really tasty. You could taste the top quality. And afterwards when she started mixing all the other components the magic occurred which iced salty sugar Hawaiian coffee was absolutely stunning. I failed to remember the name of that cream that they make in house yet that is several of the very best stuff I've ever tasted. It's lightly sweetened with a hint of coconut. The tastes just stuck around on my tongue. I want they would offer it in containers however I comprehend if they did much less individuals would certainly be available in to obtain their handcrafted drinks. As with Yelp your first sign in you get 10% off the order. A big is 6 bucks so it involved $5.85. Offered her pointer because I took pleasure in the experience, the one on one focus as well as that was a damn excellent cup of coffee. Far much better than any kind of coffee places I've ever before been to. Following time when in this field I'm certainly coming back. I consumed half of my coffee since I really did not intend to keep up we hours of the night yet the various other half is going to be so fantastic...

My gf and I discovered this place about 3 weeks ago. While we loved it from the first visit I waited a couple more visits to capture a more rounded experience before reviewing. They have yet to drop the ball yet. ;)

Upon acknowledging the first visit they offer a flight of their brews to help distinguish their strengths and flavors. Mind you this is a STRONG coffee place and amateur coffee drinkers take heed.

All of their drinks are hand crafted, "feeler" sips are offered to make sure they get it right. Potentially problematic as far as consistency? No worries! You can save your order(s) in their register to remember what you got last time. Clever. :)

In our three visits we've encounter 4 different team members who've all done well in distinguishing the menu and who are all equally personable and professional. The only potential pitfall I can perceive is if the place gets slammed and there is only one team member. Hand crafting drinks takes time.

Would recommend, will come again--caffeine...

The sad thing here is that the drinks are great! Decided to go because we saw great reviews on service and taste. Came in service was really friendly everything was great till this point. We ordered a DaBest Mocha, one that had coconut and a frappucino. First two were cold and were out super fast again all good till this point however the frappucino was the problem. We were literally the only people here, and it was taking a while people started coming in and the barista started talking with the people instead of doing out last beverage. We understand that when there is only one person serving both cashier and drinks it might take a little while, however it was 30 min. He served every single other order that came in except ours. He even did another frappucino for god knows who and still didn't give us ours. We decided to cancel it and miraculously the system didn't work soooo yeah although coffee is great, our probability of going back is not high. Picture to prove we were...

First and foremost is the aloha spirit and feeling of o'hana (family). Second, but not by any means less than, is the cold brew coffees. The selection of cold brew is a virtual tour of the Hawaiian islands! From the light to the dark, the strongest cup of cold brew is equivalent to 12 shots of espresso! The choices of milk and sweeteners will make any lactose intolerant person jump for joy. The best sweetener by far is the Haupia, home made coconut sweetener! They even save your drink in the system so you can just say, I'll have what I had last time," cause I wouldn't know what I had! On a side note, I would love to see more fresh baked goods with the same islands flavor, maybe some malasadas, our macadamia nut cookies! The decor is a little dark, doesn't quite remind me of Hawaii, but it is chic. Over all a must try, I'll definitely be back!

My FAVORITE coffee South of the 94 ☕ ❤. Since I'm organized marketing minded I gave 4🌟 bc I see quite a few improvements needed to boost sales in that category, other than that the coffee and almost Haupia alone keeps me back for more. The customer service feels like I'm back on the Big Island, chill, relaxed and genuine which I appreciate. Requesting "My Usual" is a unique service they provide that's convenient if you can't remember your favorite/regular order. TRY: 50/50 Oahu West over iced premium coconut milk w/2xHaupia = 1.5cups of coffee
