We ordered 6 tacos de tripa, one quesadilla de asada, and a adobada taco. The 6 tripa tacos where all overcooked and crunchy( to the point I can hear my wife from across the table). The adobada taco had meat burnt. And the quesadilla de asada was good cheese and meat. Good amount of guacamole on it. The tortilla was stiff like if it was old. My wife and I tried Tacos Machin on a chilly Wednesday evening just a few days before Christmas 2022. That evening we ordered a couple of Machin, adobada and carne asada tacos plus 2 cokes and got a seat at the only table available and it was good that we did because a lot of people came in after us. I can say that the tacos were very tasty, fresh and bigger than I expected. Our server was great and prices were more or less what you would expect at a similar type restaurant.
