I am so sad. To be writing this. The food is great, I order thru DoorDash all the time. I just had a horrible experience over the phone. DoorDash doesn’t allow you to add comments and instead has a note saying to contact the business or special modification. I am lactose intolerant, so I asked if hey had any dairy free options for their Thai boba (many places don’t offer but I like to ask) she immediately Yelled NO, and I kindly asked if they could fill it up half way so I can add my own milk at home. (Ps ik that I’m asking for a big modification but hey, you’d be making full price on half of the drink, saving product) but anyway she proceeds to tell me to stop complaining and if I had complaints to contact DoorDash because that has nothing to do with them. (I have a business on DoorDash and the owners when creating a business DoorDash approve modifications it’s as simple as clicking something in your settings to allow comments). I again kindly said I’m sorry I’m not trying to be a hassle I just wanted to call to modify my order. She proceeded to yell thru the phone that she’s too busy and that I should figure it out because other people do! Saying she’s tired of people calling!!!!! Sighing and yelling throughout the entire phone call. I’m very sad, I don’t ever leave reviews on restaurants. But this is important for their management to see and if the owner was the one on the phone that is extremely disrespectful and disappointing. I understand rush hours and being busy, as a business and especially in times like these it is a privilege. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with interactions like this especially when they’re being kind. Having rush hours and being busy is such a blessing, it comes and goes. I hope they take a moment to reflect on this and change their...
Read moreI ordered a pickup dinner of Pad noodles and Golden Bag from Thai Taste 2, my first time to order from them. On my way to pick it up, I went through McDonalds during the rush hour, and got a diet Coke. I thought that would give them enough time to cook the meal. When I got to the restaurant I had to wait for someone to even come to the front to greet me (there wasn't a greeting, the guy barely grunted at me.) I was the only person in the restaurant picking up food and it did not appear that anyone was actually cooking in the back. They packaged the Pad Noodles and then five minutes later the Golden Bag appeared...but the man checked it and apparently they had gotten the order wrong (I'm still the only person in the restaurant and apparently the only order that came through for a dinner.) I wait another five minutes while the first container is getting cold. Ten minutes later (a full 30 minutes since I placed the order) I get the food with no acknowledgement or thank you for my order, just a grunt. I get home and open it up and it looks like white paste and tastes even worse. But the Golden bag was good even though you couldn't taste or find the chicken in it. My husband picked through the pad noodles and normally he'll eat just about anything. He left half the order in the box and plans to feed it to our dogs...

An hour after posting this review I got my order for won tons of I’ve already had maybe five when I bit into another and see that the filling is extra shiny. This cannot be real lol. I was willing to look the other way the first two times. But a third time ?? And every time this happens it’s something new. First a hair, then an unknown paper product. Which I won’t lie, I thought this was a new take on the age old fortune cookie. But with won tons… now it’s a wadded up piece of plastic.
Long story short I changed my review from four stars to one.
Unless you like surprise non edible treasures in your food, I would pick another Thai restaurant.
Love this place. They are very efficient and food is ready within and usually under thirty minutes. The yellow curry is our go to. As well as the cream cheese wontons. My only Qualm is that I have found hair in our curry order as well as paper of some kind inside our wontons on two separate occasions. I know mistakes happen so it isn’t the biggest deal but this is the reason for four stars...
