The worst customer service EVER and the food is just mediocre . I ordered food online for pickup and the cashier refused to give me my order even though I had the receipt and was charged through my bank. She claimed the order never came through in her system but I had proof on the app that they had already confirmed the order. I ended waiting more than 30 minutes and they did absolutely nothing. I called the restaurant multiple times after that becase it was the weekend and I couldn’t get ahold of the app until Monday. They kept telling me to call them on Monday morning when the owner was in and comes Monday morning and the owner/manager isn’t there either. I finally reached the app and they told me they contacted them to tell them I needed a refund, and that no one was there to approve my refund.These people are a bunch of thieves. They told me that I payed the app and thats why they couldn’t give me my food or my refund but the app told me that they never took any money and the restaurant was indeed payed. I ate there November 22nd 2017. I ate there due to the fact it was extremely late at night after 9 and I wanted something quick and easy. But I knew that I hadn't eaten at this place in over 24 years! That should have been the clear sign to me that I should not have gone back over there. I ate their carne asada burrito with this bacon whatever thing in it. It is the most disgusting revolting nasty-tasting thing and it is 237 in the morning on Thanksgiving Day the 23rd 2017. And the aftertaste of this nasty overly cooked burned meat excessively salty meat is just making me sick and it's already the next day I'm even thinking this is ruined my Thanksgiving and it hasn't even started for me and I've yet to go to bed. I knew there was a reason why I hadn't eaten at this place since I was younger and my child was a baby. Well this is the clear reason it's extremely nasty tasting. And as someone said and another of you it's extremely overpriced well-being how nasty it is...

We placed a $55 order and purchased the carne asada nachos. The nachos are advertised on the menu with Nacho Cheese and Jalapeño. When we arrived home the order was incorrect and some items where missing, including a soft drink. I called to let them know and they apologized and said that they no longer add nacho cheese and jalapeños to the advertised menu and we can go back any other day for our soft drink. Had known that the nachos did not include nacho cheese or jalapeños; we could have purchased another item from the menu.

Tip of advise to the business— if you made modifications to the menu, disclose it to your clients upfront. Give us the option to decide if we want the nachos without cheese and jalapeños. We could have ordered something else form the menu. It would have save us time and money.
