Panda Express — Restaurant in Chula Vista

Ever since the open every panda Express pretty much is the same as anywhere what makes it a little different here is that the people that works in it makes it fun they are always happy, they are always joyful, they always have a smile when they talk with you as well as the opportunity to chat when they aren't busy. We really enjoy coming into this Panda Express especially when the food is freshly made because it takes amazing, they get very busy so it's nice to go off hours like a little bit after lunch or a little bit after dinner or a little before because you will have the opportunity to have really fresh food and with a nice taste. The restaurant is always clean they always have clean tables and floors and bathrooms, there's access for handicapped people, as well as parking lot that is free everywhere on the mall so you can park anywhere you like I just walk to Panda express, they also have things for children which will makes it very easy so when you want your children to not eat a lot you can give him a child size meal on they'll enjoy it. The bestest the sweet and sour chicken, they have the broccoli beef, they have the compouw chicken, they also have Mandarin Chicken and a very big variation of meals that you can have even if you're vegetarian. The whole experience is amazing when you come here...

This location of Panda Express is Ill informed and Ignorant of California's Mask Mandate! After asking if I had a mask I informed them of the medical conditions exempting me from the Mandate. The response I was given was it was the Law, a blatant lie. After calling them out on there mistake they told me they would ask me to leave and I persisted that it was within there right to refuse service to me and asked if that is what they planned to do. They asked me to wait outside in the cold to order. After all that they got the order wrong! I will not be returning to correct the order or to eat from this facility again. Would not recommend. In a dinning facility full of patrons with masks off eating you would think they would understand the conditions for...

Ok so... I've got a sick kid, mom's taking her to urgent care and has been there all evening, the kid says she wants Panda. I rush to the one nearby and they literally lock the door in my face. I look up the next closest one and see that they are open for 30 more minutes.

I walk in the door 8 minutes before official close. I order my meals... They are out of noodles so they fire the grill up again for me. After the noodles they go to make my meal but the string bean chicken is out, it is now past closing time. Without blinking they fire it up again and make fresh food.

This was the crew on duty at closing on 11nov22.
