The food Is fair. The service is Awful!! My stomach is very delicate and I get sick with some foods. Going out to eat it always worries me eating something that gets me sick because I get sick for 2 days. For the same reason I usually ask for vegan or vegetarian options. When the waitress came I asked her what the plate had because the menu wasn’t very specific. She was extremely vague and her answer was ‘That’ in other words she didn’t tell me. I specially said, as long as it doesn’t have pork and I also asked for edamame. She came back with my husband’s food but didn’t bring utensils. She took a while before coming back and when she came with my food, my husband asked for utensils. My food on the other hand had pork!! I asked her if it was pork and she said yes!! I told her I didn’t eat pork!! She took the plate, came back with the plate and the menu and pointed at the picture saying it has pork!!! I was really getting upset and told her, that I specifically asked her for NO pork, same plate just NO pork!! She took the plate and when she came back she brought the SAME plate but they only removed the visible part of the pork but you can still see it had little pieces. I didn’t want to keep arguing so I ate and tried to remove the little pieces. By the time we finished, she NEVER brought my edamame!!!! On that point we paid which I didn’t want to do but again I didn’t want to make a scene so my husband paid and I got...

Love the food and service provided by the servers. However, the restaurant needs detail cleaning on a weekly basis.

A few complaints are: Clean/replace/take out carpet. Clean, repair and repaint walls. Clean sticky wooden chairs.

I would rate this place higher, but the owner really needs to spend some $ on a professional cleaning service to clean up the restaurants on a weekly. Both locations need detail cleaning. If your restaurant is not kept up then people will stop eating there.

I love the food and eat there almost every week. However, if it's filthy then people will atop eating at the restaurant. Regular cleaning of everything needs to be done everyday. For example, wipe off menus, condiment containers, the top of the chairs, etc. The carpet is filthy. I recomend they go with title. Carpet should never be put down where you eat unless it is professionally cleaned every week.

If the restaurant is filthy, then what kind of condition is kitchen like where they prepare the food?

The dishes are clean and utensils are clean that they serve the food on. However, If they continue to ignore the atmosphere of the restaurant (the fine details in the restaurant), then they may lose us as customers. We recently changed tables because there was food splattered on the wall. It was grossing my husband and I out. We mentioned it to the waiter, but the wall was never cleaned off while...

We’ve been coming to this restaurant for a couple of years now. We used to love it here bit recently they have gone downhill because of poor service. Myself, my wife, and my 2 small children went there on Sunday 12/18 to eat dinner. When we got there the lobby was packed with people with barely any room to sit or stand, and yet there were plenty of empty tables. It was pretty obvious that they were very under staffed so we decided just to order to go.

Here’s where just lack of service and poor customer relations came in to play. As we were waiting for our food we decided to sit on one of the many empty tables since there were barely any room on the small lobby area. We chose a table thats on the very edge/corner of the restaurant so we are not getting on anyone’s way. However for some reason the host (male curly hair) targeted us and made us get off the table and made us stand on the very crowded lobby. This is after the fact the we spent close to $100 in food and he saw that we were with 2 small children. His excuse was he was going to sit people on when we were sitting. Really? Half of the tables were empty and if his intentions was good then why not offer us a different table to wait? So needless to say they lost a long time customer, but I’m pretty sure they don’t...

Overall i would probably come back but maybe to try something else. Chicken rice bowl had good sauce mixed with the rice and a good amount which was overall filling and satisfying, however the chicken taste like it was off a grill during an American BBQ not from a Japanese restaurant. The shrimp tempora was bland looking but had a good shrimp/mildy salty taste. It did lacking a drizzle sauce, which you find at most places causing it to be alittle dry but still an overall positive. Niku niku udon was a milky tonkatsu soup base instead if a traditional soy sauce base, salty but good. The meat was a good taste that overall complimented the dish and the udon noodles were nothing special but soft and slurpable. The broth made the dish seem out of place for traditional niku niku udon, but overall was favorful and good. Seems more like a ramen dish. The service was fast and servers were nice and attentive but were unsure if they brought us the proper order.

Came here with my husband on Thursday night. We drove all the way out here for the ramen. Superb flavor, and such a great amount. For what you pay it really is worth it. As for the service, it was meh. The girl that served us seemed inexperienced, and thats me giving her credit for not being attentive or even checking to see if we were ok. Its either that or shes just not so good at her job. I tipped her in the 20% bracket to give her the benefit of the doubt, sadly my husband was upset about that because he truly felt her lack of service didn't deserve it. The front of the house can definitely use more work at being more welcoming and attentive. Just saying.

Came to Bento & Noodles for the first time on a Friday night. Not busy, and got seated immediately. Service was excellent and quick. Vibe inside the restaurant was nice too. We tried 2 different ramens: the Golden Fang & the Katsu Tantanmen. Overall the broth was decent, but a little on the oily side. The katsu for the tantanmen was also more battered than I’m used to. I’d give the ramen dishes 6/10 while the quality of service & the atmosphere were 10/10. We might come back to try other things on the menu. It was nice to have other potential options.
