Today was me and my daughter 7 years old first time here I googled ice cream and this had a 4.9 star but I didn't see the part that said 2 years ago for the reviews. Although today was raining, when we came inside after finding parking there was not a warm feeling threw the front door at all and no attention really shown regarding flavors or sizes or what the location is known for a particular ice cream nothing at all when there was nobody inside the shop. I believe her name is Alexa or Alicia can't remember but she didn't smile and it barely seems like she likes her job (very low energy) she was on her phone the rest of the duration of our stay after we ordered our ice cream and took a seat not to mention there was no bathrooms available how do you have a shop with ice cream candy and chips and not bathroom for kids, also when I asked her questions regarding prices or sizes since it was my first time and she didn't answer with any enthusiastic just straight bland answers. Not to mention the lights were off so I thought that they were closing maybe the power didn't work in that area or she had the lights off it was very dark on that side of the room. So I went in the little small play area that they have and cut the light on so my daughter would be able to see things. She just had the Bluetooth connected to her phone coming out the speakers and remained scrolling on her phone the rest of the time I will be calling to report her tomorrow to supervisor or manager tomorrow. Strawberry cheesecake ice cream tasted freezer burnt and had ice pieces in it, the caramel ice cream was good chocolate ice cream was good it was a ice sundae I felt like it could have been made a bit better. I wasn't offered any samples just even with her knowing that it was my first time there I need to be compensated driving 15 minutes for a low energy customer service representative to pay 15 bucks for my items when passing 31 flavors Baskin-Robbins to get there.. if I decide to go back and I see her I probably...

I stopped by Sweetlife Ice Cream Shop while waiting for my husband to get a haircut next door and I’m so glad I did! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The shop is beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating both inside and in the outdoor patio area, plus a charming little space just for kids ...perfect for families!
The customer service was excellent. The young ladies working that day were so polite, friendly, and helpful. They offered samples without hesitation, which I really appreciated. I tried the pistachio, strawberry, and banana flavors, all of them were incredibly tasty, but the pistachio was a standout!
I loved how relaxed and welcoming the whole experience was. Next time, I’ll make sure to come back and enjoy it with my husband too. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat in a warm, family-friendly...
Read moreLoved this place! My sister and I stopped by for a quick treat in the evening. The place is bright and welcoming, with a good amount of seating, including an area for kids with toys and books. The staff member helping us was nice and patient, and let us sample a few different flavors while we tried to decide. I ended up settling on two flavors: chocolate almond fudge and sweet cream peanut butter. The sweet cream peanut butter flavor was a standout. It wasn’t an overwhelming peanut butter taste, but had really good swirls of peanut butter flavor in with the sweet cream. I was surprised by how much I liked it because I normally don’t go for peanut butter ice cream. My sister also got the sweet cream peanut butter, but paired it with salted caramel. The flavors here are unique but still really tasty. I definitely would recommend this spot, and I also really love that this is a local business! I definitely plan to...
