I was recommended to try this place by a couple of my friends for a while now and I decided to walk in today for brunch and my experience was disappointing. I walked in and the people working there just stared at me I felt really uncomfortable I didn’t feel welcomed I wasn’t even greeted by anybody. I sat down awaited a menu, and it took so long to get my order in the waitress kept ignoring me even though I kept looking at her signaling her I was ready to order. She finally took my order and then my food came out. I ordered chipotle chilaquiles and a cajeta frappe, the food came out first before my drink and I waited about 10-15 after receiving my food just to get my drink. At first I thought they were busy preparing my drink before I noticed other people that were there after me get there drinks before me, I had to literally get up and ask the waitress how much longer on my frappe? Since she couldn’t come to my table because she was no where to be found, even though it wasn’t even busy. They forgot about the frappe because as soon as I said something they started making it. I had to ask for some water since the food was spicy and I needed something to wash down my food… the water was WARM served in a small styrofoam cup. The people that work here are very loud I could hear full on conversations they were having. Not once did anybody seem to care about my experience, I just felt ignored. As far as the vibe the decorations are nice the food is alright but nothing I’d get again. By the way I paid almost $30 just for my meal and beverage, at that rate you can go elsewhere and get better food...
Read moreI wish I would have taken a picture of the nightmare of a dish this facility served me. To begin my daughter invited me to eat here a week ago and the food was amazing ! So much so all week I craved their molletes. I placed an order for pick-up 10 min later I picked up my order and drove home. I go to dig in excited with anticipation only to be met with the most disgusting version of molletes to date. No effort was take. The bolillo was cold, soggy, the slices of cheese were slapped on the bolillo over days old refried beans that were colder than the bread no effort to melt the cheese and the pico de gallo I won’t even get into. The sour cream and queso fresco were the only thing on there that was worth attempting to eat. When I called back to complain their excuse was that it was a new cook. Aren’t cooks expected to learn how to make every dish in the house before they are allowed to make anything ??? I was honestly extremely sad and beyond disappointed. They are “working” on a possible refund. I don’t even understand how this is a...
Read moreNachos are on their website menu. When I walked in to order, the girl said they do not carry them. I decided to order a torta with chips. The torta was supposed to have ham and sausage along with other ingredients. When I got home and opened my torta it was ham and a hot dog cut in half for each side of my sandwich. I also ordered their special gumball milkshake. I was not satisfied due to the fact that it didn't in any way taste like a gumball. On top they had whipped cream and mini marshmallows along with a cookie. The cookie was delicious. But as far as the milkshake, I was not impressed with the flavor. It just tasted like a regular plain old vanilla milkshake that was tinted green. Instead of the mini marshmallows on top of the whipped cream, I had expected to see mini gumballs or even Chiclets. The young lady who took my order at the counter was very nice she seemed to have an upbeat attitude and was very friendly. As far as the food goes, I do not think I will be...
