Taqueria Alamo — Restaurant in Cicero

So I have come here on and off and never had a bad interaction with the server (the young lady with glasses) until I placed an order with my spouse (not a big order but not a small one either) and it was during the lunch rush literally one other customer the wait was a little longer than usual, again understandable due to the lunch hour. After finally receiving my order, I noticed I had not received MY drink, I brought this to her attention, and she looked looked at me confused, and this would not have been an issue but it was the look on her face that was disrespectful. Like look at the receipt, and all this can be cleared up. So after explaining that i did order a drink, she continued to tell me no i did not. I was on a time crunch, and I did not feel like going back and forth, so I said "okay thank you miss". As I was walking to my car, the server came and chased me with a drink in her hand (the drink that I informed her I ordered) I proceeded to explain that I no longer wanted the the drink, but she insisted on giving it to me in an aggressive manner. A terrible place, terrible food. Restaurant was very dirty and cold. we changed tables twice. I end up in this third world joint because of google maps, was the only place open on a cold tuesday night. I order the Milanesa dinner, the meat was so bad no flavor, my dog would not eat it. I request request the server (Jocean v) to replace the dish. She did. but she never mentions that I would still be charged for bad food. She thinks I am retarded, she have the nerve to mention that she had it for dinner. and that it was good. I also ask for lemonade and was terrible, you better off buying powder lemonade at walmart and it would taste better, I mention the server I'm not satisfied with the yellow water she offer for lemonade. again she took it back, and did not mention she would still charge me for it. We ate as fast as we could because the place was freezing. To my surprise I was still charged for all the bad food. If she would mention I would request all the items she charged and would take it. Not only they did not offer carry out for the food i did not consume but charge me for it. A dishonest way to approach by the server. not worth it over $50...

Bad service. Ordered a tampiqueña, which traditionally is served with a piece of steak and two enchiladas. The process of making enchiladas is an elaborated process. A carne asada dish comes with no enchiladas. So a tampiqueña dish is a bit expensive because of the enchiladas. This place for the Spanish speaking only community is scamming, because you would expect to pay more for your tampiqueña (which includes the steak and two enchiladas). They are not serving enchiladas, they are serving quesadillas. And besides having only one more customer eating at the place, after the waitress delivered the food she never came back to the table. We had to get up to ask for napkins because we were given only one since we arrived to the place.
