Insanely lazy workers. I called ahead to check the stock of an item, was told they had 133 in stock, I asked if I could pay ahead and pick them up and they said no. This was my immediate red flag and from then I had a feeling it was because they didn’t want to check the back & take the stock out. I sent our company driver to pick up the stock they said they had & they refused to check the back for him even though they had told me 30 minutes ago that the system showed 133 in stock, so he came back with 36 items that were on the shelf. Had the person who answered the phone told me they don’t have stock, I would’ve just saved time and gone elsewhere. They were too lazy to grab the stock from the back causing me to have to call around for the next two hours trying to find more stock in a different store. Read moreFound many items I needed at a lower prices than I would at home depot. As far as quality is concerned, we need to give that some time and see how these tools hold up. I'm a bit disappointed they don't carry something as basic as a door pull handle. Also, when I asked an employee (black gentleman) if they carried door pulls he just said no and was a bit off-putting/dismissive. Didn't even turn to look at me. Oh well, maybe he was having a bad day. Finally there was only 1 cashier (guy) and the line was about 6 or 7 people deep for a bit. Shouldn't another employee come up and open another register?
