United Grill — Restaurant in Cicero

What a gem this place is. Honestly, if they start delivering I would order this at least twice a week. From breakfast to burgers everything is cooked to perfection. Breakfast is an extremely good deal as well and they get it out to you pretty quick so if you need to catch the train or buses nearby trust me you'll have your food in your hands with time to spare. They also use my favorite L'Oven Fresh bread from Aldi's (the best thing Aldi's has aside from Mama Cozzi's pizza snacks)

One thing they need to work on is the bathroom. Jeezuz that bathroom is an unkempt mess. Small, dirty, broken door, etc. it looks like some of the apartments I've been in when I lived in the projects. Hopefully they fix it soon. I’m not one to write reviews however I love this place, the food is so good they’re quick and efficient and overall really nice people! However, I think this lady is a new hire and has a nasty attitude. She’s blonde and has tattoos I never got her name. She’s constantly yelling at her co workers and making a disruptive scene about some she could just done herself. Her coworker tried talking to her and she just kept yelling at him. Like hello lady??? What is your deal. I’m surprised this hasn’t been addressed yet with a manager or something. Once she’s frustrated she takes it out on customers. I really enjoy a nice dinner like this and I hope her attitude gets addressed overall...

This is a classic place in Cicero to get amazing burgers at what ever time you want. My only complaint was the service. The last time I went there order 3 burgers with 2 having jalapenos. My wife can absolutely not eat spicy and when all our burgers came out they all had jalapenos. I told them that she can't eat it and the waitress gave us attitude even tho on the paper she wrote our orders in had 1 without jalapenos. Instead of giving us a new burger they took out the jalapenos and gave it back to us only problem being my wife can still taste the jalapenos and with out trying to be rude gave them back the burger yet they still decided to give us...
