Then moment I walked in I noticed many people with distraught facial expressions waiting for their orders. That there should of been a clear sign to leave. Second sign was a female screaming saying “I need order 168 and I need it now!” Third sign was not even being seated until I approached the female behind the register. However, I decided to wait and give it a shot despite the environment and the negative reviews. From the beginning, I waited with my boyfriend to be seated and we waited what seemed about 10mins before being acknowledged and that’s ONLY because I approached the female running the register. After, I asked for a table at the other side of the store. I wanted to be away for the chaos from the front. We got to our table, the server gave us our menus and said she will be back shortly. Randomly, my boyfriend and I heard a female yelling across the room saying “THAT SIDE IS CLOSE! WE CLOSE IT AT 9pm!” I then looked at the time and saw it was 835pm. I knew she was referring to the table we were sitting at because she looked straight at us. The server who sat us down came shortly after the bellowing from the female and stated she was going to move us to a different table. I interrupted her and ask who that rude, ratchet, ghetto screaming female was and she stated she was the manager. I then asked the name of the “manager” and her name was MARISOL. Read moreVery disappointed with what happened during my visit on 9/3/18. We ordered a pizza and wings at 4:38PM through online ordering. The estimated time our order would be ready was about 15-25 minutes. Left my house 20 minutes after ordering because it usually takes 10-15 to get there and I wanted to give them time to finish up my order so it would be ready by the time I arrive. When I get there, I was told my order was not ready. After waiting for about 15 more minutes inside the restaurant, my order was still not ready. People who arrived after me, were receiving their order before me so I asked to speak to a manager. I had to ask a total of three times before Sandy the manager on duty finally arrived. I asked to get a refund because by the time I spoke to her, it had already been an hour since I placed my order. She apologized because she could not refund me my money since I placed the order online. I was done with the situation, I just wanted to go somewhere else for food and even make my own food, but I was forced to wait because I could not be refunded. Read more"I've been coming to this Pizza Hut for years and always have a great experience. The food is consistently good, and the staff is friendly and professional. However, tonight I witnessed a deeply upsetting situation. An African American customer made racial slurs towards a Hispanic manager and worker. The manager remained incredibly professional and didn’t engage, but I made sure to speak up. I truly hope corporate reads this and takes action. It’s time to implement a clear policy that racism will not be tolerated, especially in front of other customers and children. The individual making these comments should be banned from all Pizza Hut locations. It’s far more important to stand up against hate than to worry about losing one customer. The manager and workers handled this disgraceful situation with dignity, and they deserve recognition and a raise for their professionalism.
