WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE// PEOR SERVICIÓ AL CLIENTE i've worked in customer service for about 5 years. I make sure everywhere i go i tip at least 18-20%. Even if the servers mess up, im usually very patient, BUT this lady really tested my patience today.

I have come to this restaurant multiple times and no problems.

My mom had ordered a small drink, but the lady brought her a large. my mom addressed this, the lady kept telling her "no you ordered a large."

At first, I thought my mom was just being a little dramatic. I tell her it's not a big deal. She brings out our food. It's cold and the food is really hard, almost like a rock. I still eat my first order, the second one has onions, which I specifically remember telling her. I was going to eat it regardless, but my mom decides to tell her something. My mom also tells her that her food was hard and cold, before my mom could finish her sentence, SHE WALKS AWAY. She says it can’t be made without onions for whatever reason and it cannot be remade. I ate my first order without onions, so I knew it was possible. She was just arguing about the order SHE messed up. The server's attitude was so terrible, I've never experienced it.

Later on, my mom leaves. My sister and I notice that she's giving her dirty looks. Mind you, my sister is 15!!! The server looks about 40, there is no reason to be giving dirty looks at a CHILD.

I get up to pay and ask her "is this how you always treat your customers?" SHE REPLIES "if they act a certain way, yes" I was dumbfounded. I've had my fair share of nightmare customers, but I wouldn't ever treat one the way she did. My first card declines. SHE SMILES and says "your card declined" and the BIGGEST smile in her face. Now at this point my patience is all gone. I had put up with her terrible customer service for long enough and I asked her why she was smiling. She said "your card declined."

She is grinning from ear to ear, i pay with my other card and yes, I insulted her. This lady behind her said I should never insult anyone no matter what they do to me . I get that sentiment, but I felt so disrespected at this point. This other lady basically defended her saying that the server didnt mean it that way, etc etc. NO ONE tried to make the experience any better . I felt helpless. We just left and I had no higher up to tell about this...

Dec. 2, 2022 @ 8pm. Apparently don't complain if you're going to order from this location in the future. As I got block for complaining(the story is under this one) before. I can't make a comment but can edit my previous complain review. So tonight I order taco dinner de asada and ended up with 3 del al pastor. But they didn't realize that's my favorite. So im glad the person who took my order messed up again.

I order two picaditas of green sauce and two tacos. This was not my first or tenth time I order from this location. But the lady from tonight decided to make me a purchase of three picaditas. Which I didn't mine, as before I stated GREEN PICADITAS, so my handicap mother ate her ONE green picadita and ol girl put TWO red picaditas in the order. THANKS TO HER, my mother only ate one. Had to place another order from another location for ONE more green picadita at nearby by taco place. If they were all green I was okay, but she decided to be rude and place one green and to red. I called back, ask for the manager which she stated "she's eating". But I ask for her name which she denied and denied to tell me the person which was eating too aka the manager ". So I would recommend everyone to double check your food before leaving the restaurant!! So you know yourself and family or friend members eat what they wanted to enjoy and good evening meal. Wish I did because my mother did...

We had not visited this place like many others since the pandemic. As we slowly begin to support local businesses. We decided to stop by today. And I am impressed at how they go the extra 10 miles to ensure employee and guest safety. You can’t just walk in, nope. You must sign in via phone and wait safely in your vehicle. And as soon as you come in your politely offered hand sanitizer, temperature is checked. Tables aren’t cleaned with a rag. They are sanitized with a new paper towel that’s trashed after use. Every menu is sanitized as well after every customer. All of this is done while still providing exceptional customer service, fast service, hot delicious Mexican traditional food. The recent places I’ve visited just ask you to sit down. I am so happy and proud to see how this place is making a difference.
