Wings Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cicero

I used to live in this neighborhood 20 years ago and it was the best Chinese food I've ever had. And 20 years later I would say the same thing. I felt so lucky to be living so close to this place. Recently it just became accessible to me again and I finally went back and as far as I'm concerned they're just as good as ever. Mongolian beef and cashew chicken are my favorites but so far everything has always been really good from here. I love these guys and they've always been friendly and easy to order from they're very well organized and very on it as far as getting your order right. I can't tell you how much it means to me that they're still around.

And also I feel it would be useful to add that I got there on an e-scooter and had to carry the order home in a backpack it was a huge order with approximately four entrees and two appetizers containing lots of sauce in containers, they packed it up so well I was able to put it in the backpack and travel 3 miles back home on an e-scooter and everything was completely intact and sealed in its containers they did a fantastic job it was like they were playing Tetris and doing a really...

Extremely rude. I arrived and walked into the dining room today at 9pm with my husband. We asked the staff if they were still serving in the dining room and they just stared at us, the worker (a younger man with longer hair) was sitting at a table eating some food. He talked to the other workers in another language.

I tell my husband to go over to the carry out aide to ask if their dining room is still open as I waited in dining room. I see the lady open the kitchen door to ask the worker if they were still open in dining room (who just stared at me when I tried to speak to him) in English. He answers to her in English and says no, it’s 9 o’clock. Restaurant closes at 10:00pm. What bothered me is that he clearly ignored my husband and I when we asked him the same question. I will not be returning again as good as their food is. They need to train all of their staff to give good customer service! I complained to the carry out cashier. The Latina lady at the carry out counter was super nice, apologized and offered to help but I lost my appetite due to the disrespect I experienced in this establishment....

I have eaten here since I was a kid. now that I am closer to them than my last apartment they do not like to deliver to Chicago even though its less than 2 miles from them. this is the 2nd time in 3yrs that that have delivered yet my family has been loyal customers for over 20yrs. I would understand it if we did not tip but we do, or if it was for a small order but when you are spending over 50 bucks every time you order it makes me feel like they don't want my business anymore! they have cut their hours which suck their prices are average the food is good the drivers are nice. the biggest reason I like this place is that they are msg free!! i hope that they see this and change the few things so that we will...
