I hate leaving a bad review but for one, it’s hot in here w no AC. I got an ice cream de galleria and it was freezer brunt, I asked the lady to look at it n see if I can change the ice cream cup. I’m not petty nor do I need anything free but I will not pay for anything that is not good quality. Especially food! She stated no that the ice cream is just that way as if I dnt know what ice cream should look like. Then the agua de sandia tasted past due “agria” w some squeezed lemon in it, I’m assuming to cover the past due sour taste. Agua de sandia tiene Que ser dulce y fresca no agria con limon pasado. I should have know better since I pass by it daily n the windows are never clean. Shows how much they care about the business. Like the windows are super super...
