Mostly good, a little bad in this review.

The atmosphere is very cool with lots of interesting art and bar mirrors. The fried cheese was AMAZING and the burgers were great too! The egg on the Breakfast Burger was cooked perfectly. I also really appreciate that they have the option to get the “Sally” burger, just a smaller size patty on any specialty burger.

Now for the bad… our server (lady with long blonde hair in a scrunchie) was very friendly at first. We mentioned that it was our first time there and asked what apps would she recommend? She just said the fried cheese so we said we’ll take it. When we got the cheese and were eating, she sounded shocked when came and saw we were taking more than one stick each (6 sticks in the order). When a he took our orders, she was really short. Got the burgers, ate, but as we were eating our fries (only finished the burgers, nothing else on the plate) she said “are we done?” and reached to take our plates. When we said not yet she just took our silverware and walked off. She did not say anything else for the rest of the visit, just dropped off the check and then again after running our card. We felt very rushed by her from getting our burgers thru the end of our visit. Not really sure what happened to illicit that response.

All in all, great food and great atmosphere, but interesting service… I’d come here again and hope for a...

The food there is limited. The menu is not very diverse. The environment is beautiful outside (don't look up though). The service is not very good. This is my most important part in ratings and it's very poor. Our waitress was not friendly and made some assumptions that cost us time, made our experience a little less enjoyable, and when trying to get the waitress's attention by calling the name of the waitress repeatedly and every time was ignored. I felt the need to walk up to the waitress because she repeatedly ignored us when calling her name. Then she put a hand up and said "Hold on, I'll be right with you." Although maybe a more friendly approach would have been nice, that was the response I would have expected when calling her name. She didn't seem too happy to correct the mistake from the assumption she had made. Also, our drinks weren't checked very often.

Essentially by the way our waitress treated us, I felt unwelcomed...

Tonight was our first time ever eating food from Arthur’s & we placed a carry out order. The luau burger was good! My sons said the Reuben was okay. My mom’s Mexican chicken salad was on the small side and my dad’s chili was supposed to be a bowl but we think he might’ve been given a cup. Stuff happens, so we did our best to be understanding, however what made us decide to place a follow up phone call was a 4% carry out fee which was realized was on the receipt when we got home. The person on the phone explained that the fee is to cover the cost of carry out supplies such as to go boxes & that fee has bee implemented for probably a couple of years. I’ve never seen or heard of such a fee with any other restaurant so this was our first and last time ordering carry out from them. It’s a bummer too because I love to support...

If you're a fan of old-school burgers with a straightforward, classic style, Arthur's is a must-visit. This place has that nostalgic, no-frills burger feel with simple toppings and a great classic combination—and it delivers on quality. The burger was cooked to perfection, and the meat quality was outstanding. Fries were just as traditional, which fit perfectly with the vibe. The service was impressively quick, and for the quality you’re getting, it's also incredibly affordable. If you're into all those fancy, "new-school" burgers with trendy toppings, Arthur’s might not be what you're looking for. But for those who appreciate a well-made, simple burger, this place definitely stands out. I came here on a recommendation, and after trying it, I agree—this is easily one of the top 5 burgers in Cincinnati!

The inside is fine, bout hidden outback is a beautiful two-level garden seating area. The burgers are awesome! Cooked to order, and even during Burger Madness (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday $8.99 burgers with unlimited toppings and fries), they are still thick and juicy. The toppings range from basic to frou frou. Try the bloody Mary, too. They are well spiced, garnished just enough, and come with a small mug of beer. When I was last there, I had friends visiting Cincinnati. We had allergies and a five year old. Our waitress, Alex, anticipated our needs and was genuinely pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. The food was staged correctly, and she even brought the child a tiny mug of water. I regularly suggest Arthur's to vacationers and visitors, and I highly suggest you try it, too.
