Ran into this place at City Flea. I LOVE fresh baked goods and I was bummed that there wasnât a load of sticky, gooey sweets to distract me as my wife looked at retro tee shirts. All they had left were breads and letâs be honest, most âartisanalâ bread makers seem to be putting out products that are better for your health then they are for your palate. Iâve thrown out more âartisanalâ breads then Iâve eaten because they usually are a hard, dry, saw dusty mess. I took a chance and got a loaf of the Seeded Whole Wheat. SOOOOOO HAPPY I did!
This bread is soft and dense. Itâs mildly sweet with whole wheat heartiness and these little pops of crunch here and there adding a little bit of nuttiness into the mix. First thing I tried was grilled ham & cheese for lunch for my daughter & I. The bread crisped up perfectly on the out side yet remained soft and chewy on the inside. Best bread for a grilled sandwich that Iâve ever had bar none. Turns out this bread is also amazing for cold sandwiches and it makes the best toast ever. I canât wait to visit their storefront and try their other products. These...

I was outside with an antsy 3 year old for 20 minutes when a large group walked into the bakery. I had to walk home, get my car, drive back and go in. I would have preferred that they told me on the phone that they didn't want to bring it out.
The rolls are good, but not good enough that I will be likely to return...
Read moreI love the variety here and the ability to order ahead for freshly made goods. Beyond a million types of breads, they have all sorts of good-looking baked goods. So far, I've only tried breads: the sourdough was really good when baked fresh and had a nice crust. That freshness remained for about 4 days while sitting at room temperature before slowly tapering off. It wasn't bad toasted either. I can say the same things about the multigrain whole wheat loaf; I loved the subtle sweetness and the crunch of the grains in every bite. I also love that their ingredient lists are available for everything on their website, and they keep things very simple. I'll be a regular...
