Long story short: when I was a poor college graduate, I lived next door to a lovely woman, Rose, and her son, Ash; they always cooked me and my husband food and had it ready for us after our 4pm to 12am shifts. They always wanted to open their own restaurants and always talked about their passion of sharing their food with any and all people. Ten years later, after moving away, I was brought to Bridges. The smells, the atmosphere, the plating and the delicious food sent me on a spiral looking to see if this was their place! It was, and I could not be more proud of them! Read moreI had the opportunity to try momos, chicken chowmein, samosa, and mango lassi here . I was very impressed with the quality and flavor of all the dishes. The momos were delicious. They were perfectly steamed pan fired and the filling was flavorful and juicy. I especially enjoyed the fact that I could get a half-veg and half-non-veg option. My plate says it all. The food was excellent. I had the chicken Tikka masala and a side of the cabbage with spicy mushrooms. It was more than enough for lunch. I also got a mango lassi, which was one of the best I've had. Excellent sweetness and perfect amount of mango. The Momo dumplings were tasty as well and good to share with a group. I will definitely be back. Best Nepalese/Indian food downtown.
I also appreciate the real plates and utensils. I'm tired of restaurants using single use plates and utensils...
