Craft Burger Bros — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Craft Burger Bros took over regular food service at Streetside Brewery this year. As my favorite brewery in the city I am always there and sometime hungry. I was a fan of the Black Dog Grille that preceded Craft Burger Bros but have been happy with the burgers and fries available here.

CBB keeps it simple with a regular list of burgers with the normal accouterments and a weekly special or two. The burgers are big, well prepared and tasty. The fries are hot and crisp. One of their specialities is pimento cheese which, while good, makes me lament the closing of Stellar Street Eats who made the best pimento ever.

These burgers are made out of a food truck parked in front of the Streetside Brewery. The classic burger is a no frills burger. The buns are lightly toasted, and the toppings tasted fresh. The meat didn't have any crazy flavor it was just an ordinary meat patty but was well cooked, not dry and not too juicy. We also had the bacon jam beer cheese burger, and that tasted like a fat kid was let loose in the kitchen. It was a delicious medley of flavor that left a warm satifing feeling in your mouth. If you over near Eastern ave or even if your not make the drive and thank me later. The bacon jam beer cheese burger is one of the best burgers iv ever had in my life if not thee best. It's a great quality of burger meat no cheap stuff and you can tell in the taste. Not to mention the bacon jam is something iv never had before and and now I feel as is if my life is complete since I was blessed enough to be able to try it. That mixed with beer cheese topped with BBQ grippos makes this burgers flavor out of this world. Not to mention the fries are always cooked to absolute perfection. So do your self a flavor favor and slide over there and get you the best burger you'll ever had........
