If I could give no stars, I would. 1st the woman behind the counter was away from the register standing back with arms crossed. She saw me walk up, but didn't bother coming over to take my order. Finally she did, but was complaining how cold she was because the drive thru window was open to take care of customers. Obviously, customer service is not a priority with her. She was not pleasant at all. Got my order & went to sit down. The gentleman beside of me was waiting for them to refill the diet coke syrup as they were out & sent someone to another location to get some. He ended up leaving with NO drink. Another lady came & sat near us & was asking a worker where was the ketchup. The employee said they were out. The lady said everyday I come at lunch & you are out of ketchup. She ate her fries plain. I decided I would get a vanilla sugar free ice coffee to go. Got in line & waited patiently as they had gotten busy. Another cashier came & I ended up with her. The cashier informed me that they were out of sugar free vanilla syrup. She asked if I wanted a regular & before I could answer no I'm diabetic the other rude cashier pipes up saying i had been at the register before. I really don't know why that was important at all. I left without my ice coffee I wanted & thinking that 1st they need to hire a person to make sure they don't at least run out of ketchup & diet coke syrup. Also, get a customer friendly person at the register or at least put her in the prep area where it is warmer. Maybe she might warm up as a human being!! If you stop at this location, I hope they have what you want. Good luck...
Read moreso if you read My reviews you'll know that I had just gone to another McDonald's north of this one and had been thoroughly failed by this company. because I wanted a sausage McMuffin still and didn't get it at the last one I decided to try again at another McDonald's. so I'm rating this one two stars instead of one because I actually got some of my food even if it was cold. The thing is yes I realize I am ordering a breakfast sandwich at dinner time so I know it might take a little extra time to prepare. I was willing to wait 5 maybe 10 minutes..however after 15 minutes I got out of my car and went in and asked them to just give me my food I don't care just give me what is ready now I want to get down the road. so I got part of my order didn't get a refund for the others I may have had luck getting a refund if I had time to stick around. here's the thing though people don't go to McDonald's if they have like an hour to spend at getting food. people like me go to McDonald's when I want food fast hence the term fast food. if I'm in the drive-thru and I order a food that you do not have ready and you do not think you can get ready within the next 5 minutes perhaps you should warn me to either order something else or that it will take some time. if I had been warned I wouldn't have gotten angry. I might have still given them at least three stars except for when I got out of my car to go in the restaurant to get the food, The entryway reeked like someone had gone to the bathroom in it. overall the restaurant didn't look very clean. Read moreAugust 10, 2025 I drove threw the drive line and ordered 2 large fries and 2 medium fries with no salt around 10 pm, and me and my daughter noticed that the fries was not accurate or acceptable for the price and advertising. The fries was like small fries in medium boxes and medium fries in a large box. We ask the man at the window for more fries and a dark skinned woman that claimed she was the manager had snatch the bag out of my hand. Extremely disrespectful and bad customer service, then she talk over the food with spit flying out her mouth. And the 4 waters we ordered was brown. So she said pull up with a dirty attitude. The young kind man we seen at the door as a employee, I explained to him what happened because was understanding that I was not happy and I just asked if he can help me get our money back because her attitude and discusting behavior was very unacceptable and uncomfortable! And we received our money back from the kind young man. I said thank you, and we left to another location. And at the other location, they said we could not have any water. Mcdonalds is horrible! 2025 has no compassion in these businesses at Mcdonalds for fries and water is strange and unethical and bad business. Mcdonalds should understand that customers can get fed up and file a lawsuit with corporate because that's traumatizing and wrong and bad business. Warning signs should be on the windows for...
