First timer. Decent selection with some variety and super friendly service. Since this was my second breakfast of the day I had a plain donut with coffee. Surprised, in a good way, to see buckeyes as a purchase option. The ambiance was a little sterile but no worries, I'll be back! Update: back the following morning with a Chocolate covered glaze and a kettle - absolutely the freshest donuts you will find.

Wow. Just wow. I went to this place for this first time last weekend. My family has been in Cincinnati for over 6 years now and these were the best doughnuts we’ve had so far. Also, somehow they were the most inexpensive. I seriously could not believe it. They had several options that they could fill right in the store. I loved the cookie crumb one with the vanilla filling. Don’t skip the cookies! My daughter insisted on one and she loved it even more than she liked the doughnuts. Would give 0 stars on everything if I could. We ordered for delivery and they canceled 2/3 of our order without reaching out EVEN THOUGH it says they will replace out of stock items with the next best thing. This left half of our family without donuts. The donuts we did get were lack luster. The sprinkle donuts we got had next to no sprinkles, everything was dry and tasted like they were 3 days old. My chocolate cake donut had CHUNKS of blueberry donut in it, like what?!...
