Pulled up, asked to make two separate orders, they said only one order per car because they only have one chef. How two order puts strain on the chef and not the cashier I'm not sure. She stated if you place one order in the car you can walk up and make additional orders for all the food you want. Again, so now it's the same amount of food but now I have to get out of the car for no reason. At this point no one is behind our car or in front (there was one car at the window that left).
It's not too bad out so I get out of the car and walk up while the rest make their order. When I walk up to the window, I see at least 5-6 people in the small store working. I'm not certain how that many people can be working but only one chef. Maybe 1 cashier, 1 chef and 3-4 janitors ? Who knows.
I'm noticed by several employees, one of the guys in the back sees me and starts laughing. Could have been from something else, but I doubt it at this point.
My friends placed their order, pay for their meal, and get their food. They pull out and park in the parking lot. At this point no one has opened the window or spoken to me. The man right through the window at the cash register finally looks around at me and holds up his finger. I look around the side and another car has come in. I wait for a minute while he takes that order, no one has still come to take my order at the window so I left.
You would think with only 1 chef and 1 cashier and 3-4 other people in the store, someone would have come an said something.
Rally's fries are delicious but I really wasn't that hungry so I didn't mind not giving them my business. It's pretty obvious they were just trying to get us to place one order to make it easier on themselves.
Anyway, probably go somewhere else...
Read moreThis was a horrible experience. Will never go here again!! Took a half an hour to order and get food. SO SLOW. After finally getting to the order speaker... I am rudely told by the girl to slow down and i wasnt speaking fast. Had to repeat order 3 times. When finally made it to food window (and they only had one side open) the window looked filthy with greasy fingerprints like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. Looking inside there was food everywhere and it looked disgusting and unappetizing. Then after I pay they still dont give me my food, they make me pull in front of the closed drive thru side amongst 3 other cars that were in front of me who were still waiting. They had one employee standing outside on the closed drive thru side who was supposed to take food from the window to the waiting cars apparentlt. What a waste of an employee!!!!.. she mostly just stood there mouthing complaints to her co-workers who were cooking inside and worrying about what time she was getting off so she could get her hair done. Maybe if she would've been inside cooking we might have gotten our food quicker. Because while we waited she stood doing nothing. And she wasn't even paying attention at that. After we got food I told her we hadn't been given drinks so she went to window and told them we needed two Cokes. Then we waited.... and waited...and finally she looked at us and said "Do you need something?.".. Yes our drinks." She went back to window requested them again and ... we waited and waited only to be asked another time what we were waiting for..Ridiculous! If I were the owner I would fire every employee they currently have there and start fresh and if they won't do that.... well, they might as well burn the place down......
Read moreThis is the third time I've shown up close (within 2-3 hours) of closing that the workers there have told me that their systems are down and they can't take any orders. I work in fast food, and I know that is code for we don't want to take your order right now, because if it was genuinely an issue management would not be letting the issue continue to happen. The workers are always more concerned with talking shit with each other to say more than two words to you, and the parking lot is always full of trash and generally not taken care of (pot holes, graffiti, etc.). The food can be really good sometimes, but other times it's thrown together with little regard for cleanliness or structural integrity. Overall, it's too reliably bad an experience for me to consider going back to, like most of the restaurants in the area altogether. Beyond the "I'm sorry for your bad experience!" follow up messages on Google reviews, I can personally tell you that management does not look to rectify the situation, and you see that in repeat complaints in these reviews.
