Ramundo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Work just a few blocks away. Figured let's try this place out. The crust is great. Has a little chew to it and it's thin. Sauce has a nice kick to it. Toppings are fresh. We tried a supreme and some cheesey bread. Definitely be back for lunch. Grab a couple slices....... They forgot my pizza in the oven. Wanted to remake it. Apologized. It looked fine to me. Told her not the end of the world. Pizza looked great. She wouldn't let me pay for it. So i bought some cookies instead. They always make a quality pie. Never once have I been let down. ...... My wife placed a $400 order. She gave them a few days notice so they could prep for it. They came through shinning. None of her coworkers even heard of Ramundo's. They are chain people. 🤢. They were hesitant at first. Then it disappeared. Only some garlic bread and two slices of cheese pizza left. They absolutely loved everything. I made sure they knew where it came from and...

My name is Ashley. I live right down the street from your Mt.Lookout location. We order food from you all the time. However, there seems to be a reoccurring problem. Tonight (Saturday) at 10:30pm we attempted to order a few double deckers plus some other things, but was told that the “slicer is down right now”. It wouldn’t be a big deal if this were a one time occurrence, but it’s not. We’ve been told we can’t order fries multiple times for one reason or another. The only thing we haven’t had an issue with so far is ordering pizza. It seems like after a certain time the only thing they want to do is make pizza. We really like ordering from there, but this has become really frustrating. Tonight we just didn’t order at all which is really sad. I wanted to make someone aware of this because who ever these people are, they are costing you a lot of money because I’m sure we aren’t the only one to experience...

Just got off the phone with this company. Tried to order a very big order on there with the special they had going. The special did not work all the way with my order so I asked if i could split to get a better deal.(which I thought was a long shot) But the lady put me on hold, well lets say she was supposed to at least. When she "put me on hold" she failed to mute me I guess because in the process I heard her tell someone the reason why she couldnt give me the deal. She said " I wanted to tell her the reason you cant get everything is "Btch! you can't get the deal because you got everything on the dan menu" I just hung up the phone. I cant believe they would treat a long time customer like that. I will be sure to pass along this info to all my friends in the Mt. Lookout area.
