Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Cincinnati

They should call it “Crime Line” instead of “Skyline”.

My 4 way and cheese coney were fantastic (I went through the drive thru).

I always ask for “extra crackers” and “extra hot sauce”. By “extra”. I ask for two crackers and 2 hot sauces. Well, not any more at this Skyline.

There is a sign, and it’s a crime. . Extra crackers are .50 EA Extra hot sauce is .50 for QTY 2 packets

What? That’s what the sign says.

For God’s sake, raise the price of the chili or something instead of requiring add on charges and the customer dissatisfaction this is causing.

I am a driver for a living and I drive large vehicles. Vehicles to large for drive through service. I was called to do a double shift while on the road and wasn’t prepared for it. Im on this low carb diet and only had enough food for my regular shift. This used to be a great place for quick dinner to go. For the past several months our order is incorrect every time we go through the drive thru. We live very close, and for years have stopped nearly weekly for a quick take home meal. Tonight, we got a 3way when we ordered and paid for a 4way. The last time they shorted us on cheese packs, the time before that we returned 3 times back to back because they kept making the coneys wrong. We only ordered them without onion, 1st they came with nothing but onion, then they came with just chili, finally after the third trip, they remade the whole order because everything was cold.
