Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Cincinnati

This location is ridiculous. Hubby and I only ever go through the drive through. Whoever is working there could not possibly care less. But what else could you expect at 10p from a Taco Bell? They are also frequently out of lemonade (this has happened at least twice).

Now I am not a Taco Bell fan. Hubby is the one who likes to get his beefy five layer burrito and apple empanada. But on our most recent visit, we tried the new crunch wrap and I have to admit it was pretty decent. I’m not crazy about their flavorless tortillas that can easily dominate any dish. But this wrap us their flavorful ground beef and that little extra crunch that makes it texturally pleasurable.

When I walked in the employees were congregating around someone’s car parked in the lot. They followed me in. I guess their friend in the car in the parking lot wanted something. Because she walked to the door, opened it, told me to get the attention of an employee, shouted a food order to the employee, then went back to her car. The employees made that and delivered it to the parking lot before even taking my order. I understand doctors and lawyers don’t work in fast food restaurants. But it’s still a restaurant. A little bit of a wait through the drive through, but not very long. I was charged a different amount then what I was told over the speaker. I was given the wrong order entirely. I had to go in to correct it and immediately met with a bad attitude from one of the female staff. When I asked for the sauce to go with my order she stated, "I'm not going to count that out" (referring to the sauces that I ordered). When I finally received the correct order my five tacos had no cheese, lettuce, and very minimal meat. I could actually see to the bottom of the taco shell on the inside.
